In 1982, Jim called Peterick. As soon as he answered the phone, he couldn't believe it was Sylvester Stallone on the other end of the phone. He heard his song "Poor Boy" and suggested they sing a song with the same sound. For the new movie Rocky III. He was surprised to hear a favor from someone he idolized.

No wonder it has crossed borders and reached #1 in the UK, Ireland and Australia. The song won a Grammy Award and the People's Choice Award for Best Song. The single was certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America in 1982. The video aired on MTV.
