Random Post: Morning Walk, Garden Making and Visiting My Grandma

This is the situation when it's early in the morning, there aren't many cars and the streets are quiet, and the only thing you can see are the dogs walking around. We carry a tumbler of Water to drink when we are thirsty. This is the street of Zone 19 Poblacion Manticao, my place where my grandmother lives. We also thought about visiting my grandmother later when we got home from walking. There are only a few houses here in the Natural area and they are made of concrete and light materials. The road is also paved so it is easy to drive the vehicle here. There are also street lights on the side of the road for light when night falls.

Visiting Grandma:

After a few hours of walking, we decided to visit my Grandma and say hello to her. It was 8 o'clock in the morning when we got to grandma's house, and we saw her outside and busy planting different kinds of plants. My grandmother loves to take care of flowers and ornamental plants. When we arrived, we immediately went to grandma's yard and said hello to her. I was also entertained by the beautiful flowers in the garden. He was happy when we visited her, at her house. Because I was beautified by the flowers in grandma's yard, I thought of asking for flowers, I also like to take care of and collect plants at home and in fact I already have a lot of plants and flowers collection at home. I was happy when I was given different kinds of flowers. This is my grandmother's yard where you can see different types of flowers, some of which have already been sold and others are still growing and multiplying. After visiting my grandmother's house for a few hours, we decided to go home to start our little garden. We thought of making a garden because it's rainy season. So we hurried home and ate a little breakfast before going to our simple garden.

Gardening Activity:

This is my little garden that has been neglected for the past few months due to the extreme heat we have been experiencing here for the past month. Since it's the rainy season, the weeds have grown because the area is already covered with weeds, so a lot of cleaning will be done here. Many vegetables have dried up and wilted due to the heat of the weather and the only thing left is this lemon-grass. I was happy because it still grew even though the weather was hot so I also thought of planting a lot of lemon-grass because it is very important.

This is what we call Malunggay, it is a good ingredient in souped dishes such as souped fish and souped pork. I also thought of loosening the soil on its side so that it can easily grow and grow. I also want to apply organic fertilizer to make it grow fat.

I also put the seedlings I made yesterday in a sunny place, this is important so that the seeds planted in the recycled empty plastic can grow easily. Pumpkin seeds are placed here and need sun and water to grow and grow easily.

The next thing we did was tilling the land to make a garden plot. To make the work easier, it is better to use a pick and shovel when making a plot for planting vegetables. With the help of my Husband, we have made three plots and we are crushing the chunks of soil to make it easier to plant it.

Next we did the removal of the small roots of the coconut and some types of weeds, it is better to clean the planting area before planting the planted vegetables.

Next I planted the lemon grasses, while my Husband tilled the soil, I was busy removing the dry lemon-grass leaves. After a few minutes of tilling, I immediately planted the lemon-grass and watered it. It is easy to cultivate and grow. Even though it's tiring, I'm happy and enjoy what I did here.
