What a nice walk! Beautiful scenery! A shame they don't allow pets, I guess some people refuse to pick up after their pets. Ruins it for everyone...

Yeah, I am guessing that is part of it. Some people don't follow leash rules either, so that could be bad when your lab takes off after a duck!
