I hope you all are enjoying the game everyday and new things that are coming into the Splinterlands every day, which is a clear sign of the game's bright future! The devastating crashing market has ended in the Splinterlands though short term and ignorable pumps and dumps are visible. I am also very satisfied to be one of the Splinterlands believers because my Portfolio of the game assets like my card collection has started increasing recently and finally after several months, my total card price has crossed the $2200 mark and again drop to $2000 today which is a great positive thing that I am exploring now with these movements. And currently, I am selling some of my GF low-level cards to buy some useful cards for my decks which I could not do for a long time due to the crashed market for a long period of time.

After the discussion of the FIRE, WATER, and EARTH soulbound cards last week, today, I am going to discuss the top cards from the LIFE, DEATH, DRAGON, and NEUTRAL cards which are so useful and necessary for a stronger deck. All of the splinter teams have some amazing SOULBOUND cards to make your deck a stronger one effectively by spending no money in buying cards as all are free. For today's blog, the discussion will be among the LIFE, DEATH, DRAGON, and NEUTRAL teams. Many of the SOULBOUND cards are for HIGH MANA matches especially the legendary cards in most cases. Today I am going to discuss the best Cards in the SOULBOUND card sets nowadays I am focusing more and trying to find out which cards are the most necessary for me to upgrade. Today's post is my post in this series about the best CARDS of the SOULBOUND reward set, I hope it will be helpful for you to build a stronger deck in a convenient way from the utility perspective and make your Splinterlands journey a good one!

The most effective Primary and Secondary Tanks Lists

As I am a Big FAN of the LIFE and DRAGON teams but the DEATH team is also very strong while NEUTRAL is always fascinating, there are several options for the TANKS that work very well in many cases. And I think these team members can be the best ones in the Silver and Gold leagues having a number of good card options, so, it is difficult in many cases to choose the best one, here is the strategy to choose the best one that will be discussed.

In my observation LIFE team has better TANKS than the DEATH team while the other teams have some amazing supportive cards with magic attacks that can be also used as TANK, especially for those battles where only magic attacks are usable or the same rules as the RANGE attacks!

The Beast against non-MAGIC attacks
The best and the most useful and one of the most powerful tanks in Splinterlands is the common LIFE monster DRYBONE BARBARIAN which is an amazing card to have in your deck! The solid speed TANK with some of the best abilities to attack brutally makes it the most desirable from the SOULBOUND set.

This card is an amazing TANK for the following great abilities-

• ENRAGE

• RETALIATE

• KNOCK OUT

This card has a solid number of health with only 9 MANA costs which will protect it from the GIANT KILLER with so many MELEE attacks. The ENRAGE will make this card into a true beast while it get some damage! Also, this card is very effective for the following types of rulesets-

• In any normal ruleset for Solid Speed with all the good stats

• Against the MELEE attackers for having the RETALIATE and the ENRAGE ability

• Only MELEE attack matches

• In the matches with the MELEE MAYHEM rulesets

• Ruleset without armors for having a lot of health

Against Magic attackers

If you see the opponents were using the MAGIC attacks frequently in the previous battles then your TANK must be with Anti MAGIC one such as with the "VOID ABILITY", the "VOID ARMOR" or with the 'SELF-HEALING' ability. In this case, the LIFE common card 'IMPERIAL KNIGHT' with the combination of all the abilities can be the best option for the battle for high and medium MANA battles. This card is a true beast that can be used vastly used in battles due to its low MANA cost and the amazing ability of an ideal anti-MAGIC TANK.

It has a lot of MELEE attacks with some amazing ability combinations such as the-

• VOID ARMOR

• SELF-HEALING

• MAGIC REFLECTION

And the other abilities such as having a lot of VOID ARMORs and SELF-HEALING are amazing against any TANK with a lot of health in any battle against MAGIC attacks!

Besides the Magic reflection adds another layer of ANTI MAGIC ability in the battle!

Also, this card is very effective for the following types of rulesets-

• NORMAL ruleset as tons of armor will be very helpful against magic, range, and melee attackers

• Against the MELEE attackers for having the SO much armor

• In "HEALED OUT" rulesets for a higher number of health with armors

The low MANA super TANK

As the death team has no TANK but the POSSESSED PUPPET is an amazing super TANK with a low MANA cost of 7 with the amazing ability of DOUBLE STRIKE with so many MELEE attacks! Also the other abilities are-

• DISPEL

• CRIPPLE

This card can be used effectively for the following rulesets-

• Low MANA matches

• EQUALISER rulesets

• NORMAL ruleset as tons of HEALTHs will be very helpful against magic, range, and melee attackers

• In the matches with the MELEE MAYHEM rulesets

The best secondary TANK

The DRYBONE RAIDER is an amazing super TANK with the two kinds of attacks as MELEE and and the RANGE at a medium-high cost of 10 with a ton of Health and some amazing abilities such as

• DOUBLE STRIKE

• SHUTTER

• CRIPPLE

This card can be used effectively for the following rulesets-

• HIGH MANA matches as a SECONDARY TANK

• NORMAL ruleset as good health with armors and as a secondary TANK

• In the matches with the MELEE MAYHEM rulesets

Another great secondary TANK can be the IZIAR which is a great supportive card for the high MANA matches. Especially against magic attacks this card is awesome secondary TANK for the following abilities-

• TAUNT

• VOID

• MARTYR

It is a great choice for the following situations,

• HEAL out for tons of health

• Only MAGIC attacks match it is a jewel

• Normal ruleset as a secondary TANK and utilize the MARTYR and the TAUNT ability perfectly!

SUPPORTIVE CARDS

There are several supportive cards for low, medium, or high MANA matches in the SOULBOUND set which will be discussed in this section according to their use cases.

A powerhouse of the team can be the DEATH monster 'WILL-O-WISP' without any attacks but it has an enormous amount of HEALTH and tons of fantastic abilities for dominating the enemy team against any attacks especially the SILENCE ability de-buffs the magic attackers.

The abilities that make this card an amazing one as follows,

• FLYING

• WEAKEN

• SILENCE

• BLIND

An amazing DEATH monster with a ton of amazing abilities "RAVENHOOD WARDEN" is an excellent monster as a great supportive card in many LOW MANA battles. It is strongly recommended as a supportive BEAST in your deck!

This all-rounder comes with the following amazing abilities also-

• PROTECT

• INSPIRE

• FURY

Also, the 4 MANA cost makes this card a great supportive card.

Another amazing NEUTRAL monster with a ton of amazing abilities "CLOCKWORK AIDE" is an excellent monster as a great supportive card in many LOW or MEDIUM MANA battles. It is strongly recommended as a supportive BEAST in your deck!

This all-rounder comes with the following amazing abilities -

• SWIFTNESS

• RUST

• STRENGTHEN

This card is like all in all dominating ability provider to destroy all enemy monsters as an amazing member of your any splinter deck!

There are some other useful supportive cards that have also many use cases in many situations. For all of these beautiful cards, the only way to gather is to play more and more! These following cards are also worthy when you are going to build a stronger deck without spending extra money.
