I hope you all are enjoying the game every day and new things that are coming into the Splinterlands every day, which is a clear sign of the game's bright future! The day after yesterday a new announcement has just come from the developer to finally replace the collection power requirement is going to start from today's update and the requirement for the staked SPS is now becoming the vital ingredient in the game for grabbing more rewards from the battles. The upgrade is far better with the announcement of the rewards multiplier systems according to the player's staked SPS in the game which is really a positive move for the game as many smaller players like me are unable to stake tons of SPS after losing significant values in the cards and packs buying! So the question arises, what about the utility of the huge flow of cards? I am now worrying about these cards which are losing value every day which should be fixed for a balanced game economy.

I know the toughest situation for the Splinterlands community is the current card market situation which is constantly going downwards very badly after the announcement of the replacement CP with the stacked SPS. And also there are many more minisets and the REBELLION set is in the pipeline which will make the situation worse unless there are some changes with the involvement of NFT cards with some massive use cases so that players are motivated or attracted to buy more cards!Besides the cards, the other asset prices are also declining and my portfolio is decreasing every day but I know in the world of crypto, everything is crashing nowadays and everything will be changed over the time in future. And being a long-term believer, I am not worried about the turmoiling market but I am trying to grab these opportunities to grow myself in as many more diverse ways as possible.

Today, I am going to talk about the concern about the change though many things have been considered from the first announcement regarding the CP replacement earlier. The introduction of the multipliers is compensation for all players with lower and higher SPS staking in the game. Also, this will also push the value of the SPS price which has already gained some value from the last week. It has surpassed the 18 cents after going deep to the 15 cents region recently!

But still, I have some other concerns about the NFTs which must be the life-line of any blockchain-based games. Such a huge crash in the cards is really shocking for any game. For example, I have faced much more difficulties with the crashing price of the NFTs. I can still remember the DJINN OSHANUS which I bought at $40.00 which is now only a few bucks and so many cards has lost their significant portion of the value. But the good thing is there also comes the subsidy with the reward throughout the days, weeks, and seasons which is the only reason I have my NFT total values around 1400 bucks, otherwise, it must go to 2500 bucks for gaining my investment here! So my concerns are from the following issues I have experienced.

• After investing $2500.00, my card's price is now $1400K which is going to decline more while players need to accumulate tons of SPS!

• The card's utility is intentionally forced to die and who will buy the packs now? Just renting or buying cards will be enough to harvest the rewards with high SPS staking!

• Overall balance of the game economy may break as the rewards with LAND EXPANSION are not clear where it was mentioned that the CARDS are in short for the LAND mechanism supply!

• There is no mechanism for rewarding the long-term holder and all these are gonna help the short-term intruder to make short-term money and let the ecosystem die!

The positivity is welcomed

After all of these, I am still positive about the way Splinterlands is trying to handle all of these issues as the overall situation of the crypto space is adverse and the company is regularly updating us about everything. I am satisfied with the following consideration as Splinterlands is working and supporting the players and the game is moving forward.

• Outline concrete steps: Splinterlands is providing specific details about the steps the company is taking to address the situation can help demonstrate its commitment to improving the situation.

• Provide reassurance: It's important to offer reassurance to users that the company is taking proactive measures to improve its performance and protect their interests along with the player's interests. Splinterlands has grown a strong bond with the community from this perspective.
