Hello Splinterland friends, after a week of waiting here we are again ready to be challenged for another weekly rule to test our battling abilities.

And for this weeks challenge is the rule " Odd Ones Out "

This is one of the rules that makes the game more challenging since a lot of units will be removed, and it requires proper balancing of picking units.

And for this rule I have an interesting match to share , so here it is.

Battle Conditions

Aside from the given rule this conditions are given.

• Reverse Speed - slower units will attack first ,also slower units have a better chance to dodge attacks of faster units.
• Five Alive - only 5 units can be used instead of the standard six.
• Mana - only 14 mana is given, a very low man to squeeze in units , it's even harder since only odd mana units can be used
• Element - only dragon element is banned , atleast the best element for this rule is available, I guess it's the earth element .

Line Up Selection

Because of the rule reverse speed I went with the earth element because mages in this element are so slow, and the summoner boosts there magic damage.

• Chaos Agent - with the given mana picking him and spending 1 mana is very convenient, and with the dodge and phase the enemy might miss some of there hits.

• Hill Giant - a 3 mana tank , the 8 health makes him a very good pick, and also the stun ability is a very welcome addition to he's arsenal.

• Spirit Hoarder - a very useful unit in this situation, also the blind gives me an advantage.

• Biljaka - and the strongest of them all my legendary mage, with camouflage he can stay hidden while dealing a ton of damage.

Battle Highlights

-Morphoid was the first to attack but it missed, and when the enemy hoarder hit my first tank unfortunately it connected. And also the enemy Biljaka was the first to hit, now this is looking bad for my giant.

• Good thing my giant activated its stun so the enemy giant was unable to attack, if that didn't happen I don't know if the result will be the same .

---

• Now both our hill giants were eliminated, that stun really saved me there. That extra hit that my giant took was all it took for me to have an advantage.
• The battle resumed and the opponent hoarder was first to fall.

---

• The enemy Biljaka eliminated my hoarder, good thing mine immediately took a revenge and in a single shot the battle ended with only my Biljaka standing in the battlefield.
