You need to see this if you own SPI, EDS, XV, LBI or CL tokens (not click bait)

Hello SPIers, today we talk about the future of investment token projects. I was told to hold back on releasing this information but I have a duty to my investors and to the community as a community member myself.

What's going on?

We're fucked, there is no other way to put it. I received a DM from @aggroed on Monday requesting my email address, he never said why are what for, he just said it was important so I handed it over. The next day I received an email with the subject marked as "do not share this with anyone", it contained a bunch of highly edited scanned copies of letters received by Aggroed from some financial regulation board. Apparently, hive-engine is under investigation for its use of pegged securities and security token creation.

I went straight to discord to see if Aggroed was online, he was but when I sent him a DM, he never get back right away. Next, I went into the private chat I have with other investment token operators to see if Aggroed had contacted any of those guys and he had. He had been in contact with all of them and nobody knew what was going on.

I added Aggroed to our token operator group chat and tagged him. He came on after 15 minutes and to make a long story short, he said hive-engine was a DEX, he is not accountable for anything created through it and he'd be passing on the buck. At least he's honest, right?

He said, pegged tokens on the hive-engine would remain and no changes will happen with the hive-engine until a court date has been received and he understands fully what they want from him. He finished with, it would be 3-4 months before shit hit the fan and his advice was, his exact words were "go legit or home". He said he would not stop us from continuing and from his POV, we have been warned and he has done his part. Tribes, gaming and non-investment tokens would be safe.

That was on Wednesday and we've not heard anything from him since. The give you an idea of the scale of this, we're talking all pegged tokens and anything that could be considered as a security token. SPI falls into this category because SPI tokens are a token of ownership of assets. Along with SPI, there is EDS, LBI, CL, BRO, INCOME, LGN, DEFI, CARTEL, LABFUND, INDEX and about 10 others.

What are we going to do?

Going legit would cost $50-80k and require hundreds of hours of work. SPinvest is not there with between $250-280k under management in total.
Shutting it down and closing this chapter in our lives is the only option. I was told to not announce this until Aggroed released a post but If SPinvest is done on HIVE, im done on HIVE and I have little to lose other than annoying Aggroed.

I need to start winding up SPI asap and i cant start without saying first so sorry @aggroed

He said shit would hit the fan proper in 3-4 months. It takes 13 weeks and 5 days to power down all our HIVE POWER so im starting tonight after i complete the weekly report.

Spinvest will start be...

• Undelegating all HP from SPI and EDS accounts to start full power down in 5 days
• Selling off whatever HE tokens we can excluding BRO, SEED, DEFI and LGN
• Starting to wind down the gaming account

When we receive the 12th HIVE power down, SPinvest will...

• Convert all non-HIVE holdings into HIVE and move to the SPinvest account
• Convert all HBD savings to HIVE

On the 13th powerdown, SPinvest will

• From the main @spinvest release a post showing the buyback prices for all tokens under SPinvest including, SPI, EDS, EDSM, EDSMM, XV, LBI and CL.
• Buy-back orders for each token will be placed for investors to get out. These buy orders will remain indefinitely until claimed.
• All tokens bought back by SPinvest will be burned

SPI token holders --- Will receive an equal cut of total assets
EDS tokens holders --- Will receive 1 HIVE per EDS token
EDSM and EDSMM token holders --- Will receive 50% of the issue value so 5 HIVE and 0.5 HIVE
XV token holders --- Will receive an equal cut of total assets in its basket
LBI token holders --- Will receive an equal cut of total assets
CL token holders --- Will receive an equal cut of total assets

That's about it in a nutshell. SPinvest is winding down and everyone in my operator's group chat except for @eco-instant is winding down as well. Eco thinks it'll all work out but his head is gone with the fairies. Im personally fully DOXXED and I don't what a letter from the tax man arriving so I need to play it safe.

Maybe SPinverst can rebuild on BSC, I mean if I created an SPI token on BSC and used it to replace the current HE's SPI token, what would be the difference? I cant even really believe it happening, its like a bad joke. SPinvest has been growing from strength to strength over the past 4 years, we had positioned ourselves perfectly for the coming bull market in 12-18 months but we're getting fucked instead.

Damn im almost bored of burning you guys every April. Fooking regulation body going after hive-engine, baaaa-hahahaha.

Your thinking to yourself, "i knew it was bullshit" but i had you for a second? admit it and feed my ego!
