In that old battle over the weather (in this case climate), it is super natural that people seem to have a greater affinity with a type of climate, be it sun or rain, heat or cold, we can also include snow as an element in our comparison, but in Brazil, the region where I live, it is theoretically impossible to have snow, so what we have here is just sun and rain, poetic, antonyms of a typical cerrado climate.

Well, as much as people also say that the sun and heat represent joy, while rain and cold would be sadness and melancholy, I tend to totally disagree with that, because I love these 2 elements, cold and rain for me are something that It makes me reflect on life, on what my body feels (thermal sensation) and I love it, whether it's the cold or the rain, these two weather elements are what make me happy, honestly I don't like to say that I hate the weather. heat, hate is a heavy and very negative word, but yes, I don't like heat at all.

Here in Goiânia, capital of the state of Goiás, we have a predominance of a warmer climate, after all our climate is semi-humid tropical, characterized precisely by this, very hot summers and a certain frequency of rain and dry winters, where we can have warmer temperatures. lower than normal. Another characteristic that is easy to share is that we have well-defined seasons, that is, we can say that we have a rainy period and another that is drier and hotter.

Currently we can say that here is a balance between dry and wet weather (rain), we spend a few days with only sunny days and then we can observe the formation of grayer clouds, which most people here usually see and talk about. “it’s going to rain”, so a day here can be a big surprise, because it also happens that the sun dawns very brightly and stays that way until around 4 or 5 in the afternoon, but when it gets close to 6 in the afternoon, a rain out of nowhere and like that, it stays until night.

So here, you must be prepared while we are in the rainy season, because these things always happen, you come to work and it is blazing hot and then in the afternoon around 6, as said, there is heavy rain and this tends to cause a lot of unprepared people, for me, everything is fine, I don't mind because I really love rain, there's the problem of getting wet and everything, but for me, in fact, it's almost a spiritual rite to take a shower in the rain, as many say, It seems to wash the soul.

What really gets tense when it rains is the traffic, that's a bad thing, because everything gets slower and more complicated, it's difficult to drive when it rains here in Goiânia for this reason, rain and more rain, everyone becomes more apprehensive and tries drive slower to avoid accidents or something like that. It becomes a great challenge and the difference between driving in the dry and wet is notable, in terms of time to reach your destination, as well as driving safety.

With that in mind, I imagine that what could be done in this matter was for the city to have a little more infrastructure and safety mechanisms in relation to rain, so that we could drive more calmly, of course all of this needs a study and I'm no expert on traffic issues, but government officials certainly needed to invest more in something that would help during rainy periods, this would be an improvement for everyone who lives in the city.

Naquela velha batalha sobre o tempo (neste caso climático), é super natural que as pessoas pareçam ter uma afinidade maior com um tipo de clima, seja o sol ou a chuva, o calor ou o frio, podemos inserir também a neve como um elemento nessa nossa comparação, mas no Brasil, a região onde moro é teoricamente impossível ter neve, então o que temos aqui é apenas sol e chuva, poético, antônimos de um clima tipico do cerrado.

Bem, por mais que as pessoas digam também que o sol e o calor representam alegria, enquanto a chuva e o frio seriam a tristeza e melancolia, eu costumo discordar totalmente disso, porque amo estes 2 elementos, frio e chuva para mim são algo que me faz refletir sobre a vida, sobre o que o meu corpo sente (sensação térmica) e eu adoro isso, seja o frio ou a chuva, estes dois elementos climáticos são os que me fazem felizes, sinceramente eu não gosto de falar que odeio o calor, ódio é uma palavra pesada e muito negativa, mas sim, que não gosto de calor de jeito nenhum.

Aqui em Goiânia, capital do estado de Goiás, temos uma predominância de clima mais quente, afinal o nosso clima é o tropical semiúmido, caracterizado justamente por isso, verões bem quentes e com certa frequência de chuvas e invernos secos, onde podemos ter temperaturas mais baixas do que o normal. Outra característica que é fácil de compartilhar é que temos as estações bem definidas, ou seja, podemos dizer que temos um período chuvoso e outro que é de mais seca e calor.

Atualmente podemos dizer que aqui está em um equilibro entre o tempo seco e o molhado (chuva), ficamos alguns dias apenas com os dias ensolarados e depois podemos observar a formação de nuvens mais cinzentas, onde a maioria das pessoas aqui costuma ver e já falar “vai chover”, então um dia aqui pode ser de muita surpresa, porque também acontece de amanhecer com um sol bem forte e ficar assim até por volta das 4 ou 5 da tarde, mas, quando chega perto das 6 da tarde, vem uma chuva do nada e assim, fica até de noite.

Então aqui, você deve estar preparado enquanto estamos no período de chuvas, porque sempre acontece dessas coisas, você vem para o trabalho e está um sol de rachar e depois a tarde perto das 6 como dito, aparece uma chuva forte e isso costuma pegar muita gente desprevenida, por mim, tudo tranquilo, não me importo porque realmente amo uma chuva, tem o problema de se molhar e tudo mais, mas para mim, na verdade, é quase um rito espiritual tomar um banho de chuva, como muitos dizem, parece que lava a alma.

O que realmente fica tenso quando chove, é o trânsito, isso sim é algo ruim, porque fica tudo mais lento e complicado, é difícil dirigir quando chove aqui em Goiânia por este motivo, chuva e mais chuva, todo mundo fica mais apreensivo e tentar dirigir mais devagar para evitar acidentes ou algo do tipo. Se torna um grande desafio e é notável a diferença entre dirigir no seco e no molhado, na questão de tempo para chegar no seu destino, assim como a segurança de dirigir.

Com isso fico imaginando, que o que poderia ser feito nessa questão, era a cidade ter um pouco mais de infraestrutura e mecanismos de segurança em relação à chuva, para que assim pudéssemos dirigir com mais tranquilidade, claro que tudo isso precisa de um estudo e não sou nenhum especialista nas questões de trânsito, mas com certeza os governantes precisavam investir mais em algo que ajudasse em períodos chuvosos, isso seria uma melhoria para todos que vivem na cidade.
