Je savais que c'est féminin mais ne l'ai pas écrit correctement.
Est-ce que c'est 'aimer+de'? Cela je n'ai jamais entendu je pense. Est-ce que c'est une exception dans ce cas ?

c'est surtout "de telles" qu'il faut utiliser, dans le sens "cette sorte d'activités", ou "des activités comme celle là"

Avec plaisir, et une dernière correction:
On dit "La langue française continue de m'étonner", ou "ne cesse de m'étonner"
C'est étrange car "continue" a le sens opposé de "reste", les expressions prennent des formes différentes selon les langues.
