Love Of Phoenix And Snake

The phoenix and snake flags that were raised in the sky. Elijah and Benjamin who were standing opposite each other in the battlefield and looked at each other with firm faces. Fate had finally put these two lovers in front of each other.

Benjamin's snake-like green eyes were fixed on Elijah's bright golden eyes. He decided to sink his fangs into his lover's throat and pour his poison into his body, the body he had loved so many times.

Elijah screamed and rushed towards Benjamin. His opponent also ran towards him and they clashed their swords. Both of them were spinning in the air with agile movements, their swords glinting in the sunlight.

They fought for a while, each managing to inflict superficial wounds on the other's body, until Elijah held his sword in a position where the sunlight hit it and then entered his opponent's eyes.

Benjamin couldn't see his surroundings for a moment, and this time was enough for Elijah to run up to him and dig his sharp nails into his eyes. Blood splattered in the air and Benjamin screamed in pain.

Flashback
Elijah took Benjamin's arms and while his eyes were filled with tears, he said in a pleading tone:
"Please leave your country and come with me to the Phoenix Land."

Benjamin shook his head as a sign of negation.
"I am a snake, how can I live among phoenixes?"

"I don't want to face you on the battlefield."

"Then let's both run away."

Tears flowed down Elijah's cheeks.
"No, Benjamin, I cannot leave my land and let your father enslave and kill my people."

Benjamin stared at him with determined eyes.
"Okay, so I'll see you on the battlefield."

And he removed his hands from his arms and turned his face and went towards the river that was the border between the land of the phoenix and the land of the snake. Sobbing, Elijah followed him and grabbed his robe.
"Please don't go. I feel like my heart is going to explode soon. Even the thought of fighting you and hurting you is terrifying to me."

Benjamin looked at him with sad eyes.
"You have to choose between me and your people. You have no other choice."
End of flashback

And Elijah, who had chosen his people, plunged his fingers all the way into his lover's eyes, and let the blood flow down his scaly face, and as Benjamin writhed and screamed in pain, he held him tight.

After some time, Benjamin finally calmed down and Elijah smiled painfully and said:
"I saved my people. Now it's my turn."

And he opened Benjamin's mouth and put his wrist inside and pressed his fangs to it so that the poison entered his body.
"Just wait a few more moments, my love. I'll join you soon."

And he took his hand out of his mouth and put his body on the ground and laid down next to him and put his head on his chest.

The sun hid behind the clouds, raindrops began to fall, and the phoenix and the snake were finally reunited.
