I'm annoying: Lazy Weekends
My weekend actually starts a bit late because I have half day at work on Saturdays. There are too many pending tasks in my life which I make my mind to complete on weekends but guess what? Weekends pass too fast and I didn’t get time to do any of these tasks and they get postponed for the next weekend. I am talking about my personal tasks like fixing and synchronizing things in my system or getting free storage by deleting useless things from my cell phone but I am still unable to do these things.
No one knows what I do with my personal life and things but my laziness just don’t stop here, it effects some other tasks assigned to me by my family members. They do get annoyed with my lazy attitude and delaying things. Honestly speaking, I myself get annoyed with myself on this lazy behavior. I do regret on Sunday nights that I wasted my weekend and will get through these tasks by next weekend but then, its just a repeat telecast.
We have four kids in our house, 2 of my brother and 2 mine. Due to hot weather conditions, all of the kids had their bald head except one and that is my younger son. He is 1.5 years and out of control kid, controllable by me only. My mother asked me to get him done by myself. It took me a week and that is too when my mother got angry and pushed me with some hard words. This is just one example, there are hundreds of things which gets delayed due to my laziness or my Father and brother do it instead of me.
I usually spend my weekend watching TV and sleeping while watching TV, more TV and more sleep. That’s it. My family members specially my Mother is fed up of my laziness but then she has a heart of a mother and she used to say that I get too tired working whole week so that is the reason I sleep and relax on weekend. It is true but still it is not acceptable.
My wife asked me to get the chain of her bags fixed or replaced and I was sure that I am gonna do it this weekend but alas! It got skipped again hehehe. The only big thing which I did this weekend was having a fresh face. I was thinking of doing it for last two weeks but finally, I did it today. I am happy that I did something this weekend.
My eldest bro, the second person who gets annoyed the most with me on my laziness. Even he is living in Sweden far away from us but he knows me very well and I do get lectures and lessons from him occasionally in order to get rid of this laziness. I hope that someday, I get away from this lazy attitude and my family gets a better version of me on weekends.

I suppose at least you can admit it, but I found this very post annoying. The fact you KNOW that you inconvenience others, yet do it anyway, irks me to tears. No point HOPING you'll stop it, just do it. Think about other people instead of yourself! Perhaps I'm being harsh on a post that's meant to be comical (and I do love the gifs) but really dude, sort yourself out. I'm sure you have some awesome qualities that you can let shine through instead.
oohhh wowow you got it more serious than my Mother. Its true that i spend my weekend in sleeping and watching TV and that is because I just want to relax that day, a single day i.e. Sunday as i told earlier Saturday is a working day as well. Well, I am in the age that now its difficult to change myself. By other means, this is the best thing to live in a joint family.
The whole idea of this post was funny and to make you guys laugh and smile, you can confirm it through the pictures I attached. IN the end, I would say I am LAZYYYYY
Rubbish. You can do anything you decide to do. The human brain is incredibly plastic and anyone saying they are too old to change is just looking for excuses.
I sure agree it's nice to relax and sleep in, and watch TV etc, but not when you make life harder for other people.
I see the comedy in this post of course, but also feel sorry for the people around you that suffer because you're lazy, which you literally said happens :P
well, its just the difference of opinions and the way of thinking. I cannot do or think the same way as you do but I do respect and value each opinion. What looks excuse to you could be my lifestyle which I dont wanna change.
It could be vise versa as they all are making my life harder when asking me to do something which I cannot on weekends hehehe
correction here, they are not suffering because of me as they are not lazy, its just me who is LAZY 😎
