Overcome your Gaming addiction and start playing a real sports

The addiction of playing games is not good and I am saying that with my own experience. There was a time when me and my cousin and friends use to play pubg like crazy. We use to play for hours and we never realized how much time we were wasting in the name of time pass and fun. We were also straining our eyes and harming the health but thankfully 5 years back I was able to get through my addiciton.

Today me and my buddies from pubg united to play and refresh some memories. I still say that addiction to these games are dangerous but if you play 1 hour in once or twice a week then you are good to go with it. It should not harm your eyes and it should be considered as a normal playing activity and real time pass. My wife will be here tomorrow and when she will be here I will not be able to play anyways.

One more thing that I will like to say is that make sure that you also play a sports in your life. Even if it's on weekends you must add a sports to your life as it will really help you with the better health. At least go to the park and walk a while and that will also work for you. For someone like me who sits on the chair a lot has to make sure that I don't end up sitting and sitting as it is harmful in long term.
