With Splinterlands' new reward system, we no longer have that hope of getting something epic, like an nft gold card from a random chest, nor even the chance of getting a large amount of SPS in the chest. However, now we have something different, called Glint Shop.

In this post we will talk about purchases made with Glint de EOS and the reason behind them. Also, I'll give you some tips on shopping using Glint or maybe not using it.

The new Glint token came to replace the Reward Shares system that previously existed in the game before the last update. The idea is to give players more freedom in choosing their rewards.

In addition, glint generates motivation for players to try to move up a league and have a higher bonus multiplier, so they will have to buy more game assets such as Cards to increase the league and SPS to stake and move up the boost.

The rationale behind purchasing is to have more common cards to be able to level them up a little more and improve the deck in general. To do this, the idea is to use the store's own renewal system to your advantage and buy the first batches and perhaps even the second of the cheapest. Also, as I don't have gladius leveled up, it's also interesting to get the 1st batch of gladius to make the Gladius case.

However, it is possible that this system will undergo changes in the future by adding unique items and therefore having glint for these limited events or items is the best possible option. So, saving the glint now and farming as much as possible while keeping a cash supply for a rare item in the future is a good idea.

In general, I managed to get an epic card from the most expensive draw that I didn't have and luckily two copies of it arrived. I managed to level War pegasus with the 3x copies that came with it. Still, I managed to upgrade some common cards to lvl 4. So it was very positive overall for increasing the deck's power.

Além disso, o glint gera uma motivação para que os jogadores tentem subir de liga e tenham um multiplicador de bonus maior, então eles terão que comprar mais assets do jogo como Cartas para aumentar a liga e SPS para colocar em stake e subir o boost.

O Racional por tras das compras é ter mais cartas comuns para conseguir upar elas um pouco mais e melhorar o deck no geral. Para isso a ideia é usar o próprio sistema de renovação da loja à seu favor e comprar os primeiros batches e talvez até o segundo do mais barato. Ainda, como não tenho gladious upados também é interessante pegar o 1º batch de gladius para fazer o Gladius case.

Entretanto, é possível que esse sistema sofra alterações no futuro adicionando items únicos e para isso ter glint para esses eventos ou item limitados seja a melhor opções possível. Então, guardar o glint agora e farmar o máximo possível mantendo uma quantidade em caixa para algum item raro no futuro é uma boa ideia.

No geral deu para conseguir no draw mais caro uma carta épica que eu não tinha e por sorte vieram duas cópias dela. Consegui upar o War pegasus com as 3x copias que vieram. Ainda, consegui upar algumas cartas comums para o lvl 4. Então foi bem positivo no geral para o aumento do poder do deck.
