HiveBR AMA 34 happened with lots of news and as always we talked about InLEO, HiveBR and the famous Questions and Answers section. The main news was in the case of inleo the listing of the LEO token on Maya, at hiveBR the partnership with two exchanges and in the questions we had a conversation about design and posting.

🦁 News from Inleo 🦁
APR | The HP delegation APR for Leo Voter has been reduced, now the maximum you can get with Premium, Stake Leo is 16%. The initial idea for having a high APR of 22% was to increase the Hive Power of their curated account Leo Voter, but as it didn't have the expected effect they decided to reduce it and test how it would look with this reduction.
Cub Polycub | This situation here is perfect for InCinema, as I just watch what will happen... APR | Diminuíram os APR de delegação de HP para o Leo Voter, agora o máximo que dá para chegar com Premium, Stake Leo é 16%. A ideia inicial para ter o APR alto de 22% era aumenta o Hive Power da conta de curadoria deles o Leo Voter, mas como não teve o efeito esperado eles decidiram diminuir e testar como ficaria com essa redução.
Cub Polycub | Essa situação aqui é perfeita para o InCinema, que eu só observo o que vai acontecer... A novidade da vez é que vai ter uma votação de DAO na Inleo usando seu stake de LEO em uma poll para definir o que vai acontecer com a cub e Poly cub. Para a InLEO isso abre um novo horizonte para a $LEO, porque temos a ponte de Hive para a LEO e agora com essa listagem na MAYA vamos conseguir ir de LEO para as grandes moedas que estão lá também como Bitcoin, Ethereum… Além de ajudar a Inleo, isso facilita também ir da Hive para Bitcoin e outras redes e claro abre o caminho inverso de trazer mais pessoas para a Hive e também para a Inleo.
Maya Protocol | O Maya Protocol é um fork da Thorchain. A sua ideia é ser um protocolo cross-chain, viabilizando swaps entre blockchain sem precisar fazer wrap como etapa intermediária. Eles não se veem como competidores da thorchain, mas sim como uma alternativa ou opção de backup caso a rede fique indisponível ou congestionada. Enquanto a thorchain quer ser algo mais sólido com um bitcoin da cross-chain, a maya quer ousar em alguns pontos.

Design| A primeira pergunta foi sobre opiniões em relação ao Design na Web3. A galera da Web3 atrai mais programadores e entusiastas que tem uma preocupação maior com o backend e funcionamento do que com o design. Um grande exemplo disso foi a primeira versão dos jogos NFTs que eram extremamente feios e hoje tem melhorado essa questão de UX.
Ainda, atualmente existe muito mais facilidade de usar IA e ferramentas simples de design o que permite pessoas comuns usarem, o que tira um "valor" de algo manual, por ser mais rápido e ter um bom resultado.
Postagem| A primeira dúvida nesse tema foi relacionada à Rotina de Postagem. O @vempromundo diz que você precisa ter motivação para escrever, ou seja, falar de algum nicho/assunto que você goste, porque assim você terá facilidade para escrever. Já o @tokenizedsociety acredita que você deva ter um bloco de tempo para escrever de 1 à 1,5 hora, e caso não dê para terminar paciência.
Você já se perguntou se a sua postagem está acrescentando valor à blockchain da hive? Então, foi essa pergunta feita durante o AMA: "Qual postagem agrega à Hive? Precisa ser relacionada à Web3?". A resposta direta é que não precisa fazer um conteúdo voltado para a Web3, um exemplo disso é que existem diversas comunidades na hive sobre assuntos diversos. Entretanto, esse ambiente normalmente chama atenção dessa galera, e como eles conhecem sobre o tema, acabam escrevendo sobre isso.
