Loh Contest #187 ~ My Plans For The Rainy Season.

From what I have read and heard, the people of the United Kingdom and States are approaching summer and we’ve got nothing like that here. All we have is rainy, sunny or harmattan season. Presently, we are approaching the rainy season and it has officially started today.

I love to go out a lot but I’ve not been doing so lately because I’m trying to save the money I’ve got. For this rainy season, I’ve got a plan just to go out to two places. I have an art hangout I want to go to where we all will show our art talents by drawing something on the board we all will be given and we’d show what we can do best on it. It’s really cool since I’ve always gone and I’ve done that for about three years now. It is also an avenue to meet new friends which I’m planning to do. This will happen on June 29 and the ticket is quite cheap. I have the money for the ticket already and I’m planning to pay on Monday. That’s the first outing I’d be going for in this rainy season.

Secondly, my birthday is on July16 and I’ve got plans to go out too. I don’t really go out on my birthdays because I’m a loner but this time, I have chosen to make sure that I step out to celebrate my birthday. I’d only go out with my sister since she’s the closest person to me at the moment and I don’t have a best friend. For my birthday, I’m planning to go out to play games. There is a particular game that all my friends go out to play like throwing balls and all but I don’t really know the name of the game. That’s what I’m planning to do and luckily, there is one closer to me in my new area so I’d just make sure to book a session and pay for it. It will be just me and my sis and I’m very sure that it will be fun.

That’s all about my plans for the rainy season. The money isn’t really the problem because I’ve been able to save up some money and I hope I enjoy it.

I had to look up "harmattan." There are sometimes dust storms in the desert to the south of me, but they don't come this far north.

Honestly, I don’t like harmattan season because it is always dry and affects my health status

I know you will enjoy the art gathering since you've gone before. For the games, it will be fun to try something you've not done before, but I've no doubt you will have fun.
