NOT READY TO BE A SAVIOUR!!!

One of my goals in life has always been to make lots of money, get an international passport made for myself, apply for a visa, and travel out of this country, never to come back until after decades. I may consider visiting sometime in the future, but that is if the government of my country has made significant improvements in many areas. I want to live a life filled with comfort and happiness...

I love my life, achievements, family, and friends. However, sacrificing my life to end hunger, poverty, and diseases on planet Earth is a resounding no. I don't think I am ready for such a brutal exchange; it is an impossible sacrifice....

Honestly, when I saw this topic, I couldn't help but laugh hysterically, and this was because I already had an answer in mind before reading further. The first phrase that came to my mind after going through the prompt was; when I'm not Jesus, why would I sacrifice my life for the world...

I was forced to travel back in time because of this prompt. I don't think anyone in their right frame of mind would be willing and able to trade their life for the sake of the world. Only a divine being can make such a big sacrifice. An ordinary human like me would never use their life as a medium of exchange to bring an end to the hunger, poverty, and diseases of mankind....

Humans can never be satisfied. This is something I learned in high school way back. If I were to give up my life for the sake of humanity, do you think all the people I sacrificed my life for would appreciate it? This is a question I would like to ask my audience. Even after my sacrifice and I am no more, some people will still speak ill of me for acting like a superhero."...

In a world where the thoughts and intentions of humans are well known, would it be easy to make such a big sacrifice for them? No, it wouldn't. Sacrificing my life for the sake of ingrates would be a very big regret, which is why I will never be able to sacrifice my life for the world...

This is a wicked world. Nothing is going to change, even if you spend all your life doing good. There are still many people out there who see you clearly as a bad person and would never stop hating you for it. So, in a world filled with beings like this, wouldn't sacrificing one's life for them be a wasteful effort?...

It would be an entirely different outcome if I had the power to choose the people I would willingly sacrifice my life for, my nuclear family would be my first option, and sacrificing my life to bring peace to any other people outside this nuclear box would be a terrible mistake, one which I am not willing to make...

In summary, the next person who would be willing and able to make such a big sacrifice for the world once again would be named JESUS 2. Jesus is the only divine being recorded in history to have died to bring peace to the world; no one else after him....

In conclusion, I will never use my life as a peace offering to the world, it would be better if all of us carry our load ourselves, sacrificing my life for the sake of peace is something I can and will never do...
