Finally am joining the #pobphotocontest by @friendlymoose.
It is good to be back here again after missing out for a long period of time,but a foodie like me won't be missing such an opportunity to join this edition of Food.
Below is Rice and Vegetable with fried plantain, trust me this is one of the best combination you can come across, cause of aroma that comes out of it too.
Preparing this is a very simple one and not stressful at all aside from the Vegetable that requires some little effort before achieving such sweet taste.

I enjoy cooking alot but sometimes I just get bored with it and ran out of idea of what to cook, so I will go online and check some nice looking food photo and I get what to cook for the day.
