Preserving my irreplaceable life

What shall it profit a man who gains the world and loses his soul? That was the question the holy scriptures asked, and if we are to look at what that means, it talks about how valuable, useful, and precious our lives are and how we shouldn't throw them away for any reason, no matter what.

So sacrificing my life for anything is something that has never crossed my mind, not to speak of the world, and I can't imagine trying such a thing because I am not the cause of the world's predicament, so why should I be the solution?

That was what crossed my mind when I saw this prompt. More so, I can't pretend to be ready to die when I know I can't actually die for the nation, so it is better to tell the truth.

The nation's problems don't begin today, and they will never end tomorrow. Even if the whole world dies to make peace, it will never happen because some people are destined to cause problems where there is no problem, so while I am preparing to die for the nation's peace, I am sure some destroyers will be planning how to manipulate the peace.

Now let's talk about whether I can die for the nation or not, The truth is, I can't die to save myself, my family, or anyone else, so why will I die for the nation?

Some months back during the Easter period, I followed my choir mistress to a place that represents Galilee, and when we got there, I saw everyone standing under the sun. The sun was so hot to the extent that it could fry eggs.

I walked back to find somewhere to hide, and my choir mistress said, "Won't you suffer with Jesus?" I replied, "God has died and suffered for me, so why stay under the sun again?".

Well, I am a good Christian and a believer as well, but anything that has to do with suffering or death for someone, I don't think I can do that; that was just a hot sun, and now to talk about dying, which means I won't exist in this world again, the question is all for what? Peace? Never will I do such.

Aside from that, my family will live with the sadness while the whole world will enjoy the peace that my death brings them. I keep imagining seeing people going out to clubs and enjoying themselves because there is peace. I will be feeling bad from heaven, and for that reason, my spirit can come back to scatter everything for them.

LoL 😂 that's funny, but it is the truth I can't lay my life for peace to reign because nothing is certain in this era that we are now or the next generation, The problem might eventually be gone, but not just a day thing, it will take a long time,e so I wouldn't waste my precious lifeonrsomethingt I am not going to enjoy.

I know some people would say, Won't your family enjoy part of it too? Well, the truth is that I don't live for anyone but myself, so if I can't stay alive to enjoy it, then let everyone keep enduring the hardship because to die is not easy, and I love my life so much that I can't lay it down for anything or anyone.
