Oh yeah, I'm finally an Orca! 😎

It was quite a long journey to reach this point and took me about 5.5 years. I never imagined coming this far, when I joined in 2018, but persistence and engagement brought me this far. There were a lot of ups and downs for Hive and I haven't always been posting that consistently, but I never doubted Hive as a blockchain and I am still not thinking about powering down for any second.

I hope this wonderful journey will continue for at least another 5 years and who knows which goals I (and the Hive blockchain) can reach until then.

SPS Dao Report

Congrats on the milestone! Nowhere to go from here but Whale. That is a pretty big jump though... lol! I think I will be in orca territory myself for the foreseeable future.

Congratulations! That's a great accomplishment! I hope to catch up but it may take me a few years, I only started seriously a few months back. I hope you're getting some nice ROI on your server!

Thanks! Consistency is the key, so it's best to set yourself a goal on what you would like to achieve e.g. until the end of the year and if you fail, try to do better next time.

Yes, my witness is already covering the cost of running the server, with a little bit on top. It's not much, but it sure helps boosting me on Hive🙂

I would say there are two options that work out best. Try to connect with the hive community, so people know your name or even meet up with people to build up a good reputation. I'm from Austria so when I started out I was quite active in the German speaking community.
Second, as a developer, you can try to build something for Hive. Some tool, website or game, which people like to use or helps to onboard people. One of the best examples is probably Splinterlands ;).

So when I started out I did a bit of both. Right now I don't have the time, but hopefully I will be able to build something again soon.

Thanks mate, I am trying to be more active for sure, and I started working on a small web app, nothing like splinterlands though (I wish) some blockchain explorer I was thinking.

Nice, tried that too once, but was more work than I expected and abandoned it 🤣 not sure if it's worth it, but depends on what you were thinking about exactly.. I really like the https://hivehub.dev one
