INCOME token represents a share in the assets (NAV) of the INCOME Synergy Fund, on @ecoinstats account. There is daily curation, both of the holders themselves and also by the holders through reblogs. There are daily dividends. And there are also additional prizes.
"Is there any use?" Other than these four things, which I think makes it more "useful" than most tokens I know of, no - there is no use on the network.
