One Hour Earlier! .:. Hive Humpday Hangout Special Edition #5 (Wednesday, May 29, 3 PM UTC)
Huh... We are already at the end of May, and it looks like April was yesterday! The only difference is the weather, which is much warmer today than in April... Also, #BuzzParty2024 was over a month ago and I have itchy feet to go to the next Hive meetup... 😂
As you saw from the title, the show will be 1 HOUR EARLIER than usual as I have some offline things to do in the evening, but I didn't want to skip the show! Especially, this one, when we are talking and chatting about anything you want to talk about... These "special edition" shows are maximum relaxation for me, and I hope they are the same for you!

The thing that sometimes happens in these shows is that with all that freedom of choice, participants don't know where to start, or what to ask... 😃 So, let's try to discuss BEFORE the show and throw some ideas to think about and discuss in the show...
I have noticed lately that some people have doubts about their HIVE journey, and I suppose that was something that we mentioned in the last show (btw. that show was awesome and if you weren't able to participate, you can check out the recording of the show here)... We all have our ups and downs, and sometimes we must have someone to share those concerns and worries... It can help as we can find confirmation from the other side, maybe advice on how to go through the hard period, or just to feel better as we share our issues and realize that we are not alone...
So, if you have something on your mind that is bothering you, you can say it and share it in the show... As these "special editions" shows are NOT recorded, nobody (except participants) will be able to know it... if that is something that you are afraid of... Also, I have/had my doubts about HIVE many, many times, so it's not a "rare thing to have"... 😃
Do you have some doubts and concerns about crypto? This "consolidation/accumulation" period can be painful and people can lose hope that we could go further up... It's not that prices of tokens are going down, but the time it takes until we have some movements is what killing the hope... Just a short "patch" for this way of thinking... This is a reminder that in the bear markets, we don't have too many situations like this as the token prices are constantly going down... 🙂 So, it's just a question of when we will go up... :)
Another infinite topic for a talk is Hive meetups... I like them and that's one of my favorite topics, so we can go in that direction too... Speaking of which, just a reminder for those who would like to attend some HIVE meetups, the next one in Europe will be held in Aachen, Germany at the end of June! It is organized by @detlev and you can check for more details at the official post here! If you can attend it, I would suggest you do it!!! Btw, if you would like to get more details about the event, maybe we could invite @detlev to the show next week and he could share more details directly with you!
Do you want to rant? You can do that too... 😂 I'm using HIVE as a platform to rant about different things and it helps as a therapeutic session... 😃
Any HIVE talk is welcomed and don't be shy to ask questions, say your opinion, share your views... In the end, we don't have to talk about crypto at all... If you want to share some positive events from your life, you can do it... It's great when we can celebrate someone else's success! 🍷 🍸 🍻

I didn't even make it last week and I don't think I'll make it this week, man. It's bad for me you moved it an hour earlier, but I'll read your post summarizing the show. I'm curious what people want to talk about.
This one-hour earlier thing is just temporary as tomorrow I have to attend another son's concert and I have to do it like this... Or not run the show at all...
I'm searching for some long-term solution for running the show later, but I suppose to see that would require changing the place of living... Which isn't impossible to happen this autumn/winter...

How to overcome doubts? That's a good topic for your show either in crypto or anything that you are doubting on. I hope my mic is fix before the show I would love to take part on this one.

I can't make it so I hope there is a summary post later. I think it's an interesting topic because Hive isn't really moving as much as people would like. Then again, I think a lower hive price just means that we can accumulate more.
Even if the price doesn't move too much, we have an option to accumulate tokens, which is impossible on some other chains! + all the fun with friends on the chain... :)
As you said, doubts about Hive or crypto in general are a common thing when everything is stable, and especially during bear markets, but that's exactly the time to be calm and consistent.
Thanks for the heads-up about Aachen. It's not that far away, so hopefully my schedule allows a visit.

It was a great show and so good to get to know each other from a more personal perspective by learning about their origins of their #HIVE handles and having a good laugh with everyone too.
It's also great to learn more about the #crypto and the #Hive space in general by listening to everyone else and hearing their knowledge and opinions too.
I'm definitely going to make this a regular spot on my 'sleeping' calendar 😆🤣😂😅 and I'm not sure abut everyone else, but I know that having it that hour earlier made a huge difference for me and the rest of us on this side of the world that are supposed to be in bed sleeping...so is there any chance that we can keep it an hour earlier?
