How Was Your (HIVE) 2023? .:. Hive Humpday Hangout Ep.09 (Wednesday, December 20, 5 PM UTC)

I have to start the post in a usual way as always, but I have to say it... The last show was fantastic!!! I mean, we did it bilingual (@palomap3 and myself), 28 people were attending the show, and at its peak, we had 24 Hivians online at the same time!!! (just for the record, the previous top was 17 😱) But, records are there to be beaten... But, I have to say that the Hispano community on HIVE is huge and very committed! As soon as they saw the opportunity, they came to use it! That's how you are doing, guys! As the show was so great, I was talking with Paloma and we will repeat it in the future for sure, so stay tuned for the next ES/EN show!

For this show, we are going back to the "standard" format... But, what is the "standard" format of the #HHHLive show? The idea is to have two-way communication with the audience and to share the space with YOU guys! This isn't MY show, this is OUR show, and everyone is welcome to jump on the mic! I know that some of you are shy, or not sure about English language skills, but we have a Discord chat that we are following during the show, and you can share your views there too!

To be honest, I was thinking a lot about the format of the show and I don't want to convert it into the "talking head" video where I would talk and you just listen... I was thinking of inviting guests to the show, but I'm afraid that it could have a negative impact as it would take YOUR (stage) time and I don't want to see that happening... Maybe it wouldn't be bad to have guests occasionally... But, we can discuss that in the show, too!

As we are very close to the end of 2023, it's time to look back and reflect on how we did it... Was it good? Was it great? Or it was the worst ever?
A few things that you could take in mind in your 2023 reflection:

Did 2023 fulfill your expectations?
What was the highlight of the year for you?
Did you meet some new people and who were they?
Did you attend some IRL (in real life) events with other Hivians? (Hive Meetup, HiveFest, or such)
Did your account grow? (HivePower, followers, etc.)
What are the most interesting initiatives you participated in?
Did you go out of your comfort zone and how? Inspire others to do the same!!!
What are your expectations for 2024?

Of course, closer to the end of the show, we can discuss some off-topic things too... If something is bothering you, if you have some questions regarding HIVE, Ecency, or something crypto-related... All questions are welcome!!!

How was it the last show? I have already shared the link to the Recap of HHHLive post above in the post... For all the participants, there are some LEN tokens for participating in the show, and some special rewards (in Ecency POINTS) for those who were the bravest and came on the voice during the show!!! Don't forget that NOBODY is obligated to talk in the show, so you CAN come to listen and engage with others in the text chat... 😉
