Hive Power, HP Delegation, HivePUD... .:. Hive Humpday Hangout Ep.03
Tomorrow is the 1st of November, and as with every first day of the month, it is the perfect day to power up some HIVE, because it is #HivePUD... Also, tomorrow is Wednesday (Hump Day), which means that we will have another Hive Humpday Hangout show on the Ecency Discord server! I know that Europe moved clocks last weekend and for them, it will be at the same time (6 PM CET), and for people from the Americas, it could be 1-hour difference from the usual time... This will be our third gathering and the first two were a blast! We began with "easy" topics where we introduced each other in the first show and then, we discussed Hive meetups in the second show... For tomorrow's show, I was thinking of raising the bar a bit higher and talking about the most important things on HIVE! Or, better said, the most important THING on Hive, which is, of course, Hive Power!
As Hive Power is one of my favorite topics to discuss, prepare your hot beverage(s) as the show could take longer than usual... 😃 Of course, I expect you guys to take action and share your views about HivePower, HP delegations, your "strategies" how you use them... As usual, you will be able to share your opinion on voice, or if you are not comfortable talking, you can share it in the event-chat channel which we will follow during the show...
Questions are very welcome! If you have any doubts, or you want to know more information about something that is said in the show, or asked in the chat, please let us know... If I don't know the answer, there is always someone from the audience who could know it...

- Hive Power... What is it, how it works, and what is the main usage of it...
- Hive Power is the bloodstream of the whole HIVE blockchain!
- Hive Power delegations... Why do people delegate HP? What is the purpose? How much to delegate?
- HivePUD... What it is? Why it is so fun? What do you get from participating?
- Tips and Tricks for account growth... Use your HivePower wisely!!
- etc.
Of course, closer to the end of the show, we can discuss some off-topic things too... If something is bothering you, if you have some questions regarding HIVE, Ecency, or something crypto-related...
How was it the last time? Check it out in the Recap HHH post, where you can find the recording of the show, but also a summary of what we were talking about... I have sent some LEN tokens to everyone who participated in the show, and some special rewards (in Ecency POINTS) for those who were the bravest and came on the voice during the show!!! Don't forget that NOBODY is obligated to talk in the show, so you CAN come to listen and engage in the text chat... 😉
What steps you should take now:
- Join Ecency Discord here
- Check out your local time for the event at the top of the Ecency DISCORD side menu
- Click on the chat-voice channel on Wednesday, 5 PM UTC (check your local time 👆👆)
- Follow the event-chat channel during the show and engage with others!

How fun and motivating it is to read you talking about Hive Power, I wish in my first 5 years I would have understood the importance of it, but well, it's never too late and right now I'm very focused on my growth within Hive, in fact I've had a very good month. I'm glad you are doing these virtual meetings and sharing ideas, they are an excellent guide for those who are just starting out...

I won't be able to spread by but I look forward to your recap about it. I think it's a good idea to talk about HP and how to use it. It's a good refresher for people and it's a great resource for those new users.
That's the idea! To refresh our focus and goals on HIVE for more experienced users, and for newbies to show them the way of using their HivePower for their benefit and the benefit of their network!

It is always better to be in the live show as the people in Ecency Discord and the show are awesome! And the topic is very, very important!
