A spot the difference -type of puzzle horror game about monitoring live surveillance camera footage and spotting anomalies. Anomalies range from furniture movement to intruders. Fix anomalies by filing a reports. You will need sharp eyes and good memory. The goal is to survive the entire night.

Ich hab vor kurzem ein Horror-Game entdeckt, das heißt Total Chaos. Wollte fragen, ob du das kennst. Ob ich das dann wirklich spielen werde, weiß ich nicht. Bin da eher ein Schisser.
Soweit ich das verstanden habe, gehts da um eine Insel die radioaktiv verseucht wurde, lange nicht besucht und du strandest, weil du mit dem Boot einen Unfall hattest. Das erste Monster hatte ich schon getroffen, aber leider bin ich schon tot.. mal schauen, einen Speicherplatz habe ich schon mal verwendet.
Von Total Chaos habe ich noch nichts gehört. Ich habe mal nachgesehen. Ist das eine Mod zu Doom 2?
Ich würde es mal ausprobieren. Wenn es zu krass ist wegen Jumpscares oder sowas, dann kann man es ja sein lassen.
Ansonsten ist Cry of Fear, oder aber Project Crypt ein Versuch wert.

Doom Mod.. ja, ich glaub schon. Den Begriff Jumpscares kannte ich noch gar nicht. Aber denke, es ist für diese Methode aufgebaut. Es bedient sich der Aufmerksamkeit des Spielers, damit dieser auf Geräusche, Musik, Schatten und daraus resultierender Vermutungen reagiert.
I've seen a couple of games of this style on stream. While I wouldn't play them because it's not my thing, I do enjoy watching them a bit from time to time. This one in particular seems 'scarier' than the ones I've seen, as I find monitoring a lonely train station quite creepy 😅.
Many such CCTV games have been released recently. I think the Observation Duty series is ok except the third one.
The competing games just copy the concept without any new ideas, which is why I don't play the others.
