Pront: "No es un punto de interés"

Roberto estuvo en una reunión desde temprano en la empresa, ahí el jefe del departamento se reunió con el personal del departamento de inversiones y les comunicó, que la jefatura de la empresa debido a sus ganancias, había decidido invertir en nuevos proyectos y, por lo tanto, también habían decidido darle la oportunidad a los trabajadores del área para presentar proyectos de inversión.

En el grupo de trabajo del departamento de inversión, había seis trabajadores, y si es cierto era una empresa pequeña, también es cierto que la misma venía creciendo con ímpetu y de manera imparable en los últimos meses.

Sabiendo esto, los seis compañeros de trabajo sabían que el proyecto ganado, impulsaría al o a los proponentes del mismo y lesa daría un puesto sólido en la creciente empresa. Sin embargo, varios de los compañeros de trabajo, hablaron para presentar proyectos conjuntos, de modo que todos se beneficiaran.

Pero Roberto, tenía un problema, él era demasiado egocéntrico y egoísta, y decidió presentar un proyecto propio, ya que él pensaba que sería el proyecto ganador, debido a su experiencia en el trabajo y el nivel de éxito de sus ventas.

El día de la reunión, se presentaron tres proyectos, dos de ellos eran proyectos grupales, y el tercero era el de Roberto. En el momento de la presentación, los trabajadores presentaron sus proyectos, y los líderes de la empresa le dijeron que después de evaluarlos le darían una respuesta.

Al final de la tarde, el presidente de la empresa, bajó al departamento de finanzas, los felicito por sus ideas, y les dijo a los trabajadores que se habían escogido dos de los tres proyectos.

Roberto quedó muy desencantado, al ver que su proyecto no había sido aprobado, y al preguntar la razón por la cual no tramaron en cuenta su proyecto, la respuesta del presidente de la empresa fue: “Su proyecto, no es punto de interés para nosotros”.

There were six employees in the working group of the investment department, and if it is true that it was a small company, it is also true that it had been growing with momentum and unstoppably in recent months.

Knowing this, the six coworkers knew that the project won, would boost the proponent(s) of it and lesa would give a solid position in the growing company. However, several of the co-workers, spoke to present joint projects, so that everyone would benefit.

But Roberto, had a problem, he was too egocentric and selfish, and decided to submit a project of his own, as he thought it would be the winning project, due to his work experience and the level of success of his sales.

On the day of the meeting, three projects were presented, two of them were group projects, and the third was Roberto's. At the time of the presentation, the workers presented their projects, and the company leaders told him that after evaluating them they would give him an answer.

At the end of the afternoon, the president of the company came down to the finance department, congratulated them on their ideas, and told the workers that two of the three projects had been chosen.

Roberto was very disappointed, seeing that his project had not been approved, and when he asked the reason why they did not take his project into account, the response of the president of the company was: “Your project is not a point of interest for us.”
