Stanley Frazier, known professionally as Plowboy Frazier, was an American professional wrestler. He was primarily a local special effects fighter and worked due to his large size and unique personality. He is best known for his role as Uncle Elmer on World Wrestling Federation from 1985 to 1986. He married Joyce Stazko on episode II of Saturday Night Live, which was a major media event at the time.

Early in his career, Frazier fought along the United States Gulf Coast, primarily in Alabama and Florida. He used several ring names, including "Plowboy of Pascagoula." As a local wrestler, he became a fan favorite.

Frazier was discovered by Jerry Jarrett and Jerry Lawler, who took him to wrestle in the Central American region of the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) and later in the Continental Wrestling Association (CWA). He did many stunts in Tennessee, including Giant Rebel, Lone Ranger, Giant Hillbilly, and Little Frasier. Despite weighing 420 pounds, he fought for the belt in Tennessee as Kamala II, a copy of Kamala who he fought against a Ugandan gimmick.

Frazier won multiple championships at Tennessee. While wrestling under his own name, he won the Central American version of the NWA Southern Tag Team Championship in 1971. He wrestled as Plowboy Frazier and teamed with Lawler to win the AWA Southern Tag Team Championship in 1976. He won the belt again. in 1978. teaming up with Terry Sawyer.

Frazier's next title came in bouts at the Georgia Championship. There, he teamed with Ted DiBiase to win the NWA National Tag Team Championship from The Fabulous Freebirds. Their title reign lasted five days and they returned the title to the Freebirds.

Frazier was born on August 16, 1937 and lived in Pascagoula, Mississippi. He has been married to her wife Joyce since 1985 and traveled with her until her death. To earn extra money, Fraser became famous for selling replica Rolex watches and other cheap products and ran a shoe store. He also appeared in an Andy Kaufman special on PBS in 1983 in which he drank a raw egg. Due to his weight, Fraser developed diabetes and his health deteriorated. These problems caused kidney failure and he died on July 1, 1992. Frazier is buried in Biloxi, Mississippi.
