There are events such as the one you shared with us that happen in our lives that change us forever. Retelling your story had to take you back to a place and time of utmost fear. I cannot begin to imagine how each second felt like an eternity for you and your fellow students as you hid and waited for the police to arrive. Thank God everything turned out well and nobody was hurt. I hope you don't have nightmares or panic attacks from the experience @funshee

Somehow describing this type of tough experience has a way of making me feel better, like I thought I already forgotten about it, then I read a post somewhere of someone sharing her similar experience and it all came back to me.

But writing about it makes me feel like, a hidden pain has just healed and I have this wonderful platform who don't judge us for the things we have been through but offer a heartfelt support to thank for that and for wonderful people like you who read my story and dropped me a beautiful comment. Thank you very much.

I am glad, we all came out unhurt thankfully. And for nightmares, I sleep better at night nowadays.
