How I missed August power Up Day

Friends, I am feeling so devastated right now, just as the topic said. I missed yet again The power-up day on hive. I had made up my mind to follow thousands of Hivers and power up my hive this month. However, I missed it due to my busy schedule on the first day of the month.

It's no doubt that every first day of the month has always been a busy day. From church to work and back to church again then finally to the house. Upon getting home, I must have been so exhausted and parched. What I could do is to take dinner and sleep.

I drew out my plan for August power up but everything went south. Firstly, I woke up pretty late even when my alarm was set at 4 am, I was dead to it that I saw myself waking up by 6:30 am. I had to rush over to church and then to work.

The most painful part of the story is that for some months I have been saving my hive token for this purpose. Before now I wasn't qualified to partake due to my inability to meet up with the following demands.

• Your reputation must be above 39 and below 70
• Your Total hive power(before the first) must be more than 100 and less than 8000)
• You must power up at least 100 hive or more
• You must write a post about your power-up with the tag #HivePUD.

I am putting the above in case someone is interested and qualified for the next edition.

Participating in the power-up day affords one of the following benefits.

• increase voting power
• You earn more curation reward
• You earn interest on Hive power
• You earn even by delegating hive power to someone.

It's so painful that I could afford to miss out of all these benefits. However, I am putting everything in place for the next edition of hive power up day. I want to plead with @beststart to remind me of this commitment.
