Scholar and Scribe community - New tokens launched
Hello everyone, I bring some great news! This week we had the launch of the new Scholar and Scribe tokens. The tokens are here to consolidate the project of the community to support authors creating great content and supporting each other by voting.
Don't know the Scholar and Scribe community yet?
Where have you been? The Scholar and Scribe community was created by @dibblers.dabs recently to be a space where authors share their Creative Writing. Even though the community is quite fresh it has been growing fast. They have run a few contests already and the number of posts is increasing every day.
If you like to write Poetry, Songs, Short Stories or other styles of creative writing, bring your posts to the community. Make sure to use the tag #scholarandscribe when submitting your texts.
What are these tokens?
The idea behind the creation of these tokens is to help authors to build each other up with their own stake of the tokens from the start. Each token will have a different purpose within the community.
The Scribe token will be more focused on the author. It will reward the author of the post with 80% of the curation and the other 20% will be shared between the curators.
The payment of the token is 100% staked and the period to unstake it is 4 weeks. This one has a longer payout window, so the posts can be curated with the token up to 2 weeks.
The Scholar token will be more focused on curation. It will reward the author with 30% of the curation and the other 70% will be split between the curators.
The payment of the token is 50% staked and 50% liquid and the period to unstake it is 2 weeks.
The Scholar token is mined by those who stake Scribe.
