Is Carrion Shade useful or not? YEAH IT IS! [ESP-ENG]
Hola a todos, hoy vamos de nuevo con un desafío de batalla, le toca el turno a Carrion Shade, una de las cartas del mazo Muerte que estoy reuniendo, justamente esta carta es la ultima que he comprado hasta ahora y lo hice en su versión dorada porque la encontré a un gran precio. Ahora dejando eso a un lado, este reto estuvo bastante rudo porque Carrion Shade es una carta difícil de utilizar en plata, pero a cualquier carta se le puede encontrar utilidad, solo hay que ser creativo.
Hello and greetings to everyone, today we go again with a new share your battle weekly challenge, it's the turn of Carrion Shade, one of the cards of the Death deck I'm collecting, just this card is the last one I have bought so far and I did it in its golden version because I found it at a great price. Now leaving that aside, this challenge was pretty tough because Carrion Shade is a difficult card to use in silver, but you can use any card and find a use for it, you just have to be creative.
Carrion Shade es una carta de rareza común de edición Chaos Legion y de Splinter Muerte. Tiene una sola habilidad que es Fly en el nivel 3 y a nivel máximo tiene 4 puntos de velocidad, 2 de ataque y 3 de vida y lo que la hace ser tan atractiva, solo cuesta 1 punto de Mana. Todo esto nos permite deducir que esta carta sirve como una distracción en la segunda linea, aunque en una batalla de mana bajo te puede servir como un tanque suplementario, y por su habilidad es muy buena para terremoto.
This card, the Carrion Shade is a common rarity card of Chaos Legion edition and Splinter Death. It has just a single ability which is Fly at level 3 and at maximum level it has 4 points of speed, 2 of attack and 3 of life and what makes it so attractive, it only costs 1 point of Mana. All this allows us to deduce that this card serves as a distraction in the second line in last position, although in a low mana battle it can serve as a supplementary tank, and because of its ability it is very good for earthquake.
Una vez aprende Fly es un señuelo perfecto para colocarlo en la ultima posición, así recibirá la atención del Sneak enemigo y como tiene Fly y una velocidad decente, seguro que sacará algun miss, ademas al ser una carta tan débil tambien va a despistar un posible Oportunism y eso le dara oportunidad a otras cartas de estar seguras y hacer mucho daño, un solo turno es suficiente para perder una partida y Carrion Shade puede influir muchísimo en eso.
Once your Carrion Shade learn Fly in level 3 is a perfect decoy to place it in the last position, so it will receive the attention of the enemy Sneak and as it has Fly and a decent speed, it will surely get some miss, besides being such a weak card will also mislead a possible Opportunism and that will give opportunity to other cards to be safe and do much damage, a single turn is enough to lose a game and Carrion Shade can influence a lot in that.
Las cartas que te den mas velocidad o las que le hagan perder precisión al enemigo combinan perfectamente con el Carrion Shade, toma eso en cuenta al momento de armar tus estrategias.
The cards that give you more speed or those that make the enemy lose precision combine perfectly with the Carrion Shade, take that into account when building your strategies.
Ahora bien ¿que hacer cuando el ruleset te hace intuir otra cosa? pues improvisar. Esta batalla fue contra la siempre peligrosa Tarsa, analizando el poder de mi enemigo y el ruleset supe que las únicas cartas con Sneak eran Goblin Thief, Stitch Leech y Undead Badger y el venia usando Fuego en sus ultimas 5 batallas asi que supuse que no cambiaria de opción, por eso no puse a mi Carrion en ultima posición si no en segunda y asi pudiera servir como un segundo tanque si caía mi Beetle y le diera tiempo a mis cartas con daño mágico a tumbar la alineación enemiga.
Well now, what to do when the ruleset makes you think otherwise? Well, improvise. This battle was against the always dangerous Tarsa, analyzing the power of my enemy and the ruleset I knew that the only cards with Sneak were Goblin Thief, Stitch Leech and Undead Badger and he had been using Fire in his last 5 battles so I figured he would not change his option, so I did not put my Carrion in last position but in second so he could serve as a second tank if my Beetle fell and give time to my cards with magic damage to knock down the enemy lineup.

Fueron apenas 3 rondas pero muy emocionantes, verlas por separado te hace pensar que cualquiera podria ganar pero la verdad es que la estrategia estaba muy bien montada.

They were only 3 rounds in this battle but all of them was very exciting, seeing them separately makes you think that anyone could win but the truth is that the strategy was very well assembled.
Viendo esta imagen se puede pensar que ya la batalla esta perdida, pero ese es el trabajo silencioso que hace el Carrion Shade y es que haber aguantado ese golpe me dio el tiempo necesario para que mi Death Elemental y mi Venari Bonesmith se llevaran la partida al bolsillo y todo esto dejando claro que el Fly no se activo, porque si lo hacia la partida iba a ser incluso mas decidida hacia mi favor.
By seeing this image you might think that the battle is already lost, but that is the silent work that the Carrion Shade does, and having withstood that blow gave me the necessary time for my Death Elemental and my Venari Bonesmith to take the game to the pocket and all this making it clear that the Fly did not activate, because if it did the game would be even more decided in my favor.
Recuerda siempre, todas las cartas son utiles y todas pueden ser muy bien utilizadas solo debes ser creativo con las estrategias, no te mantengas siempre dentro de lo comun, amplia tus formas de juego y seguro te vas a llevar sorpresas y cartas como Carrion Shade son las que provocan esas sorpresas. Excelente amigo, yo por lo general la uso mucho, es un buen sacrificio jeje. En realidad todas las cartas en Splinterlands son útiles, solo que nos enfrascamos en usar solo algunas de ellas.
