Hello everyone welcome to the last weekly report for this initiative program which started April this same year 2023 and lasted seven good weeks. I am the team leader of team three. Today I will be giving the final report on my team progress. Today's report will base on FEEDBACKS AND RECOUNT ON GOALS

Fortunately this is the last task and today I will be doing the review of all my students what they have achieved for the past 7 weeks and the goals they have set basically on FEEDBACKS AND RECOUNT ON GOALS

I am privilege to be the team leader of team three and these team members never ceased to amaze me all the time I must say that I'm really proud of them.

It is well known that not everyone that start a program with you will graduate with you, some will comes up with excuses and some will loose interest and so on. Today I have 5 people that graduated under me and I must say that I'm really proud of them. Today I appreciate each and everyone that graduate me , it hasn't been easy I know but believe me you are all a champion. You are all winners and I am so proud of you all. I wish you all success in all your endeavors.

I will be starting from @abu78 Abu is one of the hardworking man I have ever come across as a students I'm so overwhelmed the way he use to do justice to all his task. He set his goals from the beginning of the program and here he's what he has achieved so far hive power at 700 and got 719.77
He set followers goal at 70 and got 74

Following goal was set at 80 but has 107 now

Comments was 406 but he achieved 1854

Reputation goal was 66 but he got 65.975

From what he's here Abu really did wonderfully well. I'm so happy he could achieved all he's goals and I wish him good luck on his journey on hive.

@yahuzah yahuza is one of the most brilliant student I have he set a very smart goals and he did justice to it all. I'm so glad I have him on my team list. Yahuza is very active In everything he's doing and he doesn't procrastinate. Here are his achievement so far

He set hive power to 820 and he was able to get more than that. 880hp at the time he wrote the post.

Followers set at 94 and he got more. He had 98 followers.

He made 5562 comments. The target I set for that was 1800

set to have 3 posts every week and she smashed that with 4 posts per week.

Her hp goal was 1000 and she’s just 147 hp away from reaching that. She made 852.966 hp

Comments goal was 1000 and she got 906

Followers goal was 75 and she got 63

Reputation goal was 69 but she reached 68.406

@ylaffittep I need to appreciate her specially because she is so awesome, what amazed most about her was that she's a mother and she still tried hee best to graduate congratulations to you dear.

Hive power goal was 700. She got 579

Reputation goal was 66. End result was 64.34

Increase number of posts to 80. And that was achieved.

Add 5 followers. Initial followers was 61. She got 84

Chidi aimed to reach 500hp but he got 193.236 hive power
