Why your finances, time, skill and potentials needs a manager or proper management for optimum result might seem so out of place for some people, they might not see the need for someone else to manage their resources unless there is a fall.

Companies need managers

Music stars and companies needs managers

Even units and department within a company needs a head as well, these head of unit are also smaller managers within a system

The banks and financial institutions have managers
Every form of business from different walks of life all have managers, think about what these managers do?

Can you handle both work and managerial skill for all the aspect of your life.

Then I begin to wonder
What important role does managers play that clubs, companies and the others can't do without them.

Let's see what some of these can be.

A manager is responsible for every vital decision made concerning the units he heads. In a football club, if they do not have a single person as the head(a manager)
All the teams will not speak the same language, for instance the decision of buying the right player into the club or if he is worth spending so much of their finances to get such player to join their team

This is also the case with our business and investments.
We may have enough work at hand already, and some of these vital decision has too be made on our behalf by other quality mind.

You may be good at creating wealth, but without proper management all may diminish into thin air.

Some individuals are born with managerial gifts that employing them into our system of work makes everything perfect.

They can decide for a company if they need to buy an expensive equipment or if it is not worth it and there is another way they can improvise.

They save the finances of the company from wreck
The working environment keeping it safe and not toxic for workers to give optimum result

These and many more are the importance of managers in businesses.

But does a crypto trader and investor needs a manager?

Crypto exchanges have managers, and the success of these crypto companies depends on these managers.

If an exchange goes bankrupt or Insolvent, the manager(s) is to be held responsible and vice vers.

As a personal crypto investors, I could have done a little better if I had extra guide as a beginners, it might look good to take decision of my trade and manage my finances but sometimes a perfect job is done when an expert handles your trades.
I have friend who gave out large amount of money to trusted people to help them out with trades.
Not everybody is good with the signal and if someone you trust offers to multiply your stakes with his potentials at a very small cost, why not give it a trial...
