Governments would have had it easy had they chosen to treat there people well and properly manage entities that they earn a living. The world has opened up and people are looking for opportunities outside the country, these in them selves are a lot and governments will just be guessing and not yielding tangible results for some time.

These days if the regulations inside the country are strict, they either move to a better country or move their operations to a better country.
