2023KMs in 2023 Challenge - January Roundup

Hi Xhaust Community,

mimismartypants here popping in for a quick roundup of the 2023kms in the 2023 Challenge. Yes, a few of us have decided try and clock 2023 km this year. Read more about the challenge here.

We have 8 brave athletes taking up the challenge so far; if you are making use of the strava2hive DAPP, then why not join us?

Leaderboard

@kiwibloke and @run.vince.run are killing it as always in positions 1 and 2. @dannewton and @new.things are in close range of each other at positions 3 and 4. @steevc is doing well at position 5 followed by @toofasteddie just making the 100km mark at the end of Jan. myself @mimismartypants and @trezzahn have a long way to go - and better get out butts in gear.

Together we have completed 2012kms so far! Well done on getting exhausted everyone!

Right and you are killing it. Pretty much in track of smashing this challenge I reckon. Great way to stay motivated. I just gotta rack those Kms!

It's a fun challenge, but I'm not sure if I'll hit the target just from running. We shall see.

Run, walk, crawl, it doesn't matter how you get there 😉

by my calculation, you needed to be something like over 165km by the end of January, so you are currently on target!

I could do it if I log every walk, but it would fill up the Strava feed. I will aim to do some longer runs this year anyway.

You never know. Keep pushing! 168kms on average a month! you did great for Jan, and it was winter! I reckon you are on track!

Oi! It's too cold to run and bike in Canada right now... Ahhhhh Spring is coming! Tryna get out there hiking as much as possible, haha!

Lol I should thank the sun then for saving me from being last, lol. At least you getting in some great activity. Nothing beats a calorie burn like a hike.
