Me Playing Wild!
Maybe it was my stubbornness to not have moved over to wild league a lot sooner but apparently I play much better than in modern league. So much better that I pretty much earning 10x more. It goes to show just how poorly I perform in modern.
Not to say I am winning all matches in wild league but to emphasize how poorly I have been in modern. I seem to never be able to get out of bronze for the life of me and was close to giving up.
The other approach I was planning to do and may still in the future is to rely on bot play. Often it’s difficult to sit through 25 matches a day to maximize potential profits. In addition the competition is fierce.
Having the opportunity to turn on and off bot play would be a welcome feature. I know how bots aren’t ideal in Splinterlands so I do try to play all my matches actively. In worse cases the days I don’t play I simply don’t earn.
With better results come more staked sps I can earn. I am utilizing more of my staked sps to earn rewards instead of lending out staked sps. It seems to be helping me boost my earning yields even though there is slight advantage with rewards distribution slated towards modern league. What I could potentially get in modern simple could not be enough from what I am now earning in wild league.
One final thought is that as land 1.5 approaches close to grand opening I have been accumulating DEC. My plan is to wait and see how much the new updates will effect DEC price, hoping to the positive upside. That way spending less to buy more cards. I am also interested to see how the overall ecosystem stacks once land allows players to stake cards. I am imagining there are less of the most valuable cards that could be played in ranked battles making it a even better opportunity to be playing in battles. Also less supply in circulation will mean more demand for what is the remaining cards that could be used.

I am glad that wilds is working out for you. I just don't have the cards to be competitive in wilds and I doing well enough in modern with a 55% or so win rate right now.

Exactly as we have seen, if you have a good strategy you can make a good amount of money from here and we will see that the prices of all things in the coming bull market will go higher. It will be seen that those who are worried will all be happy once again
