I found the Luke for One Time. detail is as under:-

after opening Scavenger Hunt I saw that Luke was at Bluebarrow which is occupied by Cup of Traffic. I started surfing pages. And after surfing 47 pages I found Luke. But he did not hide, but disappeared.
And I also stopped following him.
