La agonía de un alma adolorida

Navego en las heridas que lastiman,
donde recuerdos vividos agotan,
suplicios de desarmonías timan,
áridos y sombríos rostros brotan.
Emociones y desatinos priman,
trastocados afectos se alborotan,
no hay sosiego, mi corazón solloza,
amotinada la razón destroza.

La decepción se apodera y calcina,
el desamor aturde y debilita,
la falsedad socava y siempre arruina,
como daga hiriente, la flor marchita.
Son los fragmentos que nadie imagina,
hasta que el destino lo dinamita.
La agonía de un alma adolorida,
clama al viento piedad, enloquecida.

The agony of an aching soul

I sail in the wounds that hurt,
where lived memories exhaust,
torments of disharmonies swindle,
arid and somber faces sprout.
Emotions and inanities prevail,
disturbed affections are in turmoil,
there is no peace, my heart sobs,
mutinous reason shatters.

Disappointment seizes and calcines,
lovelessness stuns and weakens,
falsehood undermines and always ruins,
like a wounding dagger, the withered flower.
They are the fragments that no one imagines,
until destiny dynamites it.
The agony of an aching soul,
cries out to the wind mercy, maddened.
