[EN - PT] BeerSaturday Challenge - Week 351 - Las Mafiosas

Invited by my great friend @josiva to the BeerSaturday Challenge, I couldn't help but bring my contribution to a subject that I am immensely fond of and knowledgeable about.

I confess that it took me a while to join this community considering that I identify a lot with the subject, I am a frequent beer taster, a drink loved worldwide but known as one of Brazil's national passions, in a survey carried out in 2021 our country ranked 3rd worldwide as the largest beer consumers, consuming 14.5 million – 7.8% share (Kiloliters) annually.

Given this affinity for this drink, I am a constant taster of new brands and flavors, collecting different labels and their bottles, as well as various tasting experiences.

Today I will present Las Mafiosas - Três Lobos from the Backer/Cervejaria 3 Lobos

Backer, an excellent Brewery created in 1999 in my state of Minas Gerais, came from the beginning with innovations in Craft Beer, creating several incredible labels and in 2015 it was the turn of Las Mafiosas!

Diabolique

An American IPA with a touch of lemon as it is known in Minas Gerais (or Limão-cravo), slightly amber golden color with white cream, a beer with striking citrus touches, the first sip is the hardest, bringing a different flavor with spiciness and bitterness, but an excellent experience throughout the tasting.

Style: India Pale Ale (IPA)
Alcohol (%): 7.5% ABV
IBU: 52
Ingredients: Water, malt, hops, yeast and capeta lemon.
Temperature: 5-7°C
Ideal glass: Pint

Corleone

Imperial Red Ale, dark amber in color with reddish tones, aroma of toasted malt, a touch of caramel, a light coffee-like flavor. A gently bitter tasting.

Style: Irish Red Ale
Alcohol (%): 7.7% ABV
IBU: 62
Ingredients:Water, barley malt, hops and yeast.
Temperature: 8-12°C
Ideal glass: Pint

Tommy Gun

Double IPA, amber color with golden traces and white cream, fruity citrus notes with a herbal touch and a touch of caramel, the first sip with a citrus flavor followed by a lot of bitterness that gets used to as you drink and becomes fruity and citrusy.

Style: Imperial / Double IPA
Alcohol (%): 8.4% ABV
IBU: 68
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, hops and yeast
Temperature: 8-12°C
Ideal glass: Pint

These are the three precious Las Mafiosas, bringing beautiful labels that refer to the association with the mafia and its legends with incomparable flavors, beers made to be enjoyed and can harmonize very well with certain meats, elevating the experience, beers that are awarded worldwide, such as:

Unfortunately, nowadays we will hardly find the three labels for purchase, the production of Diabolique and Corleone are stopped with the production of only Tommy Gun by the brewery, so you would only find beers produced previously on the market, causing shortages.

Confesso que demorei a entrar nessa comunidade levando em conta que me identifico muito com o assunto, sou um degustador frequente de Cerveja, uma bebida amada mundialmente mas conhecida como uma das paixões nacionais do Brasil, em pesquisa realizada em 2021 nosso país ficou em 3º mundialmente como os maiores consumidores de cerveja, consumindo 14,5 milhões – 7,8% de quota (Quilolitros) anualmente.

Dada essa afinidade por tal bebida sou um constante degustador de novas marcas e sabores, colecionando rótulos diferentes e suas garrafas, assim como varias experiências degustativas.

Hoje irei apresentar Las Mafiosas - Três Lobos da Backer/Cervejaria 3 Lobos

A Backer uma excelente Cervejaria criada em 1999 no meu estado de Minas Gerais veio desde o começo com inovações na Cerveja Artesanal criando diversos rótulos incríveis e em 2015 foi a vez das Las Mafiosas!

Diabolique

Uma American IPA com o toque de limão-capeta como é conhecido em Minas Gerais (ou Limão-cravo), coloração dourada levemente âmbar com creme branco, uma cerveja com toques marcantes cítricos, o primeiro gole é o mais difícil trazendo um sabor diferente com picancia e amargor, mas uma excelente experiência ao longo da degustação.

Estilo: India Pale Ale (IPA)
Álcool (%): 7.5% ABV
IBU: 52
Ingredientes: Água, malte, lúpulo, levedura e limão capeta.
Temperatura: 5-7 °C
Copo ideal: Pint

Corleone

Imperial Red Ale, de coloração âmbar escura com tons avermelhados, aroma de malte tostado um toque de caramelo, um leve sabor remetido a café. Uma degustação suavemente amarga.

Estilo: Irish Red Ale
Álcool (%): 7.7% ABV
IBU: 62
Ingredientes:Água, malte de cevada, lúpulo e levedura.
Temperatura: 8-12 °C
Copo ideal: Pint

Tommy Gun

Double IPA, cor âmbar com traços dourados e creme branco, notas frutadas cítricas com um toque herbal e um toque de caramelo, o primeiro gole com sabor cítrico seguido por muito amargor que vai se acostumando a medida que bebe e ficando frutado e cítrico.

Estilo: Imperial / Double IPA
Álcool (%): 8.4% ABV
IBU: 68
Ingredientes: Água, malte de cevada, lúpulo e levedura
Temperatura: 8-12 °C
Copo ideal: Pint

Essas são as três preciosas Las Mafiosas trazendo rótulos lindos que remetem associação a máfia e suas lendas com sabores incomparáveis, cervejas feitas para degustar podendo harmonizar muito bem com determinadas Carnes elevando a experiência , cervejas essas premiadas mundialmente como por exemplo:

Infelizmente hoje em dia dificilmente iremos encontrar os três rótulos para compra, a produção da Diabolique e Corleone estão paradas com a produção somente da Tommy Gun pela cervejaria então somente acharia no mercado cervejas produzidas anteriormente, causando escassez.
