Olá pessoal! Hoje vim trazer as metas concluídas de janeiro e como prosseguiremos pra também cumprir a de fevereiro e assim por diante, além do meu HPUD de fevereiro.

Então vamos ao que interessa...

Metas concluídas com sucesso

Para aqueles que me acompanham por aqui já sabem quais são minhas metas para 2024. Para Janeiro minhas metas eram 5, sendo 3 financeiras e 2 de atividade. Vamos falar de cada uma delas abaixo, mas já adianto que TODAS foram concluídas com sucesso e algumas até ultrapassei o que queria.

Hive Power

Minha meta com relação a Hive Power era de conseguir 500HP no mês de janeiro, ou seja, sair dos 2k que terminei o ano de 2023 e chegar a 2500 no final de janeiro.

Para isso comecei o mês de janeiro com 200HIVE no power up day de janeiro e todo dia fiz power up de 1 ou 2 hive durante o mês de janeiro, o restante dos HP foram através de recompensas de autor.

No final do mês de Janeiro eu tinha concluído a meta e ultrapassado e alcancei o total de aproximadamente 2620HP. Uma excelente folga concordam? Não foi fácil mas ta ai. Meta batida!!!

HBD Savings

Como vocês já sabem desde que descobri que serei pai comecei a colocar uns HBD nos savings. Por mais que eu acredite que a longo prazo seja muito mais interessante manter em HP, eu posso precisar retirar em médio prazo caso tenha alguma emergência e para isso o savings facilita muito. Então minha meta para Janeiro era de alcançar 500HBD.

Consegui alcançar essa meta antes da metade do mês, porem optei por não continuar colocando no savings o sobressalente e sim usar para juntar para o meu HPUD de fevereiro e para pagar o Premiun da INLEO que acaba no inicio de fevereiro.

Não deixei muita gordura, mas foi concluída com sucesso.

Leo Power Up

A meta era de 500 LEO power up no LPUD. Precisei comprar bastante LEO no mercado, mas foi possível concluir. Não coloquei excedente porque não sobraram LEO tokens, essa provavelmente será a meta financeira mais difícil de manter, mas seguimos no foco!

Meta concluída com sucesso e já começamos a acumular para o próximo LPUD .

HPUM

Já tinha tentado participar do HPUM antes mas em 2024 coloquei como meta não tentar, e sim conseguir fazer o HPUM todos os meses! Embora envolva power up de Hive não considero essa uma meta financeira, já que a maior dificuldade é me lembrar de todo dia fazer o power up!

Em janeiro comecei fazendo power up de 2Hive por dia e quando vi que já estava ultrapassando a meta de HP comecei a fazer power up de 1.1Hive por dia.

Mais uma meta concluída e seguimos em frente!

Monthly Author

A badge de monthly author é outra coisa que já tinha tentado e não conseguido. Manter a consistência com a rotina de trabalho e família puxada não é nada fácil, mas defini como meta não só a monthly author como também a yearly author, ou seja, preciso manter a constância literalmente todos os dias do ano ou irei fracassar nessa.

Minha estratégia para não ter posts repetitivos foi de escrever sobre 3 temas fixos 2x por semana e um post que eu tenha ocasionalmente. Isso não é uma regra, mas uma guia pra facilitar ter conteúdo de qualidade pra todos os dias.

Então comecei a postar sobre meus treinos e trabalhos como design 2x por semana, nesse tema daria pra postar até mais vezes, talvez diariamente já que treino todo dia, mas preferi manter 2 pra da espaço pras minhas gameplays. Duas gameplays de jogos por semana, em janeiro The Walking Dead a Telltale Series dominou em sua maioria os posts de gameplay porque eu achei legal acompanhar a historia do jogo e fiz 1 post por capitulo o que da quase 2 horas de vídeo por post. O terceiro tema é o mundo de RPG de mesa que esta em criação e testes, A Ordem de Nod, tenho escrito regularmente sobre as historias e sistemas do jogo e tentado manter 2 posts por semana.

Enfim, com essa estratégia conclui minha quinta meta e todas foram bem sucedidas.

Meu Hive Power Up

Meu Hive Power Up de fevereiro foi um pouco menor que de Janeiro mas sigo na meta dos 500HP por mês então decidi fazer um power up de 150HIVE o que acredito ser um bom numero.

No mês de janeiro os 500HP que aumentei foram delegados para @nexo.voter para dar suporte a conta de curadoria da comunidade Nexo Digital e receber token $NEXO de recompensa, com isso minha delegação para Nexo Digital ficou em 1500HP

Os 500 de HP que irei acrescentar em fevereiro serão delegados para @leo.voter para dar suporte a INLEO e com isso minha delegação para a conta de curadoria da comunidade chegará a 1000HP e em troca receberei $LEO para ajudar no meu LPUD.

Atualmente meu HP está delegado como na foto abaixo e delegando todo o HP para contas de curadoria e faço votos apenas com meu LP sendo assim facilitando minha vida na hora de fazer curadoria.

Conclusão

Estou muito feliz de ter completado todas as metas com sucesso e pretendo manter elas em fevereiro! Além disso estou pensando em acrescentar uma nova meta de atividade, mas se decidir fazer isso farei só em março.

Goals successfully completed

For those of you who follow me around here, you already know what my goals are for 2024. For January, I had 5 goals, 3 of which were financial and 2 were activity goals. We'll talk about each of them below, but I can tell you that ALL of them were successfully completed and some even exceeded what I wanted.

Hive Power

My goal with regard to Hive Power was to achieve 500HP in the month of January, in other words, to get out of the 2k that I finished 2023 with and reach 2500 by the end of January.

To do this, I started January with 200HIVE on the January power up day and every day I powered up 1 or 2 hive during the month of January, the rest of the HP came from author rewards.

At the end of January I had completed the goal and surpassed it, reaching a total of approximately 2620HP. An excellent break, don't you think? It wasn't easy, but here it is. Goal achieved!!!

HBD Savings

As you already know, since I found out that I'm going to be a father, I've started putting some HBD into savings. Although I believe that in the long term it's much more interesting to keep it in HP, I may need to withdraw it in the medium term in the event of an emergency and for this the savings make it much easier. So my goal for January was to reach 500HBD.

I managed to reach that target before the middle of the month, but I chose not to keep putting the spare money into savings, but to use it to save for my February HPUD and to pay for the INLEO Premiun, which ends at the beginning of February.

I didn't leave much fat, but it was successfully completed.

Leo Power Up

The goal was 500 LEO power up in the LPUD. I had to buy a lot of LEO on the market, but I managed to complete it. I didn't put a surplus because there were no LEO tokens left over. This will probably be the most difficult financial goal to maintain, but we're still focused!

Goal successfully completed and we've already started accumulating for the next LPUD .

HPUM

I had tried to take part in the HPUM before, but in 2024 I made it my goal not to try, but to be able to do the HPUM every month! Although it involves powering up Hive, I don't consider this a financial goal, since the biggest difficulty is remembering to power up every day!

In January I started powering up 2Hive a day and when I saw that I was already exceeding the HP target I started powering up 1.1Hive a day.

One more goal completed and we're moving on!

Monthly Author

The monthly author badge is another thing I had tried and failed to achieve. Maintaining consistency with a busy work and family routine is not easy at all, but I set myself the goal of not only monthly author but also yearly author, which means that I need to maintain consistency literally every day of the year or I will fail.

My strategy for not having repetitive posts has been to write about 3 fixed topics twice a week and one post that I have occasionally. This is not a rule, but a guide to make it easier to have quality content for every day.

So I started posting about my training and design work twice a week, on this theme I could post even more often, perhaps daily since I train every day, but I preferred to keep it to 2 to make room for my gameplays. Two gameplays a week, in January The Walking Dead by Telltale Series dominated most of the gameplay posts because I thought it was cool to follow the game's story and I did one post per chapter, which is almost two hours of video per post. The third theme is the tabletop RPG world that is currently being created and tested, The Order of Nod, and I've been writing regularly about the game's story and systems and trying to maintain 2 posts per week.

Anyway, with this strategy I've completed my fifth goal and all of them have been successful.

My Hive Power Up

My February Hive Power Up was a bit smaller than January's, but I'm still aiming for 500HP per month, so I decided to do a 150HIVE power up, which I think is a good number.

In January, the 500 HP I increased were delegated to @nexo.voter to support the Nexo Digital community curation account and receive a $NEXO reward token, so my delegation to Nexo Digital was 1500HP.

The 500 HP that I will add in February will be delegated to @leo.voter to support INLEO, so my delegation to the community curator account will reach 1000HP and in return I will receive $LEO to help with my LPUD.

Conclusion

I'm very happy to have successfully completed all the goals and I intend to stick to them in February! I'm also thinking of adding a new activity goal, but if I decide to do that I won't do it until March.
