Pay a visit to a Doctor and roam around. Thanks to google map, I reached my destination and purchased some needed things at home.

Another day has started and as much as I wanted to stay in bed , I don't have a choice but to get up. I have an appointment with my OB-Gyne. Nothing serious, I just need some words for her expertise.
Initially I was planning to have some bread so I dropped by my mother in law house before going to the bakery. I called my godson and the husband's nephew if he wanted to come with me. Walking alone makes me feel awkward especially when I overhear a neighbor's conversation asking who I am! So nosy! I seldom visit my in-laws in the past years and if I would, most of the time I am just staying at home. So a lot of people don't know me.
Just in case you are wondering, in my country it was normal in some rural areas that everyone knows each other.

My companion, energetic usual.

The bakery was approximately 10 minutes walk away so it was also an exercise early in the morning. Bought only two packs of slice/tasty bread for $0.81. I was unable to take a photo as the kid with me was restless. It was along the road and risky to take my eyes away from him.
On our way back to our house, I was surprised when he crossed to the other side of the road. Ahh, there was a sari-sari store!

I thought he would ask for some candies but no. He was sure and determined that he wanted pringles.

I tried negotiating with him by telling buy some biscuits or marshmallows as it was kinda cheaper, pringles cost $1.53. Well not my luck as I wasn't able to persuade him.

Thinking that he was about to have a tantrum and that I seldom go home, I decided to pay for it. Considered as my little treat for him. Also he was so cute and adorable! There are times I couldn't restrain myself so I would pinch or squeeze him (enough not to make him cry).

My session with my Doctor went well and she required me to go back next week for the ultrasound. It didn't last for 30 minutes, but I paid almost $13. Can't help but to sighed after realizing everything was affected by this crazy inflation.

I was about to go home but then I remembered that I still needed a few things at home. Back then, I had my husband when I was roaming around the area. Now I am alone but I don't want to keep on paying for tricycle fare going to the stores. Thanks to the technology, I was able to reach my destination. google map is the key

Dios Marketing was highly recommended by the in laws as they say household items are affordable here. It was located at Lipa Batangas City.

At first, I was eyeing an electric fan so I checked how much it would cost for a stand fan.

Price starts at almost $18 so somehow quite reasonable plus I have tested that brand already. It was durable, bought one years ago and it was still in good condition till now.

Wait, that's an air fryer! I wanted to have one too but looking for the price, ah maybe next time. Next payday or next month probably.

In the end I just choose to buy a few things like pail. I need it since water services in our area sometimes stop. Will be needed in storing water at the toilet. Also some hangers and clips in hanging clothes after laundry. Small tray to organize things in the kitchen. The other one is like a small basket. I don't have an idea where I will be using it but it only cost $.014 and it was cute! Haha, an impulsive buyer.

Haha, how my shopping habits have changed .

I also do not like walking alone because some dogs are unleashed and so annoying that the owners just let their dogs roam. 😂 Yeah, hard to say no to cute kids wahah! For sure he enjoyed that pringles. Hmm, for sure everything went up because of the inflation. I do hope your next consultation will have good results, ate Lhes. 😊 Yay~ love the color of the bucket heheh. 😊

Oh yes inflation seems to be like a leach, it's attaches to everything. I use Google maps everyday for my side hustle job, thing is pretty accurate. I need to go shopping for a snow blower but those are expensive maybe next winter. I couldn't tell is the bucket wood? If so I would by in a heart beat, lol

Oh wow, even doctor is impacted due to the inflation. It's crazy how much things cost lately. But out of curiosity, don't you guys have some sort of medical insurance that are government issued?

We have medical insurance like Philhealth, which we pay a contribution every payday. But you can avail this only if you are admitted to the hospital for seven days and with specific illness only and with an amount limit.

There are public hospitals owned by government but you need to endure long lines and don't expect for good service. Though sometimes there are medical staffs that are really approachable. Or maybe they are just tired catering a lot of patients.
Aside from that, lack of equipment.

And my family had a not so good experience in public hospitals so we always opted to go in private.

I used to have a medical insurance from the company I am working with. Yet due the pandemic, it was put on hold as to date. That was a great help before since I can used it in good private hospitals here!

Now, darn I had to pay for my own expenses 🤣

Adulting is real lol! This reminds me to buy hangers as ours are breaking one by one. Stuff these days easily breaks thanks to cheap labor and cheap manufacturing. An air fryer has always been in my mind although we don't cook that much so until now it's jus a thought :D Hope you get to buy one soon.

True, things I pick during shopping now was far different than before! Reminds me that I haven't bought a tube of lipstick this year🤣.

I want to have a lots of hanger as there are times I am too lazy to fold clothes I washed.

AirFryer seemed so convenient to use kasi 😁, but it was mahal
