(DE/EN) Season 71 review - My first ever Hive Rewards from Rabona
Intro
Nachdem ich in Saison 70 in die 2. Liga aufgestiegen bin, war mein Ziel erstmal die Liga zu halten und nicht zu viel Geld mit dem Kader zu verbrennen.
Mal schauen ob mir das gelungen ist...
Intro
After I was promoted to the 2nd league in season 70, my goal was to keep the league and not to burn too much money with the squad.
Let's see if I succeeded in that...
Sportliche Leistungen
In meiner Liga 2 Premierensaison hat es immerhin für den 10. Platz gereicht.
OK hinter mir waren wohl nur BOT Teams, aber der spätere Tabellenerste hat nicht ein Spiel gegen mich gewonnen. Es sind die kleinen Dinge die zählen.
Sporting achievements
In my league 2 premiere season it was enough for the 10th place.
OK behind me were probably only BOT teams, but the later top of the table didn't win a game against me. It's the little things that count.
Teamentwicklung
Aufgrund einiger Verletzungen musste ich noch einen Verteidiger und einen Mittelfeldspieler verpflichten. Das brachte mich insgesamt auf 14 Spieler.
Bei beiden habe ich ein wenig aufs Geld geschaut, da ich ohnehin bereits mit über 1.000.000 RBN im Minus die Saison abschließen würde.
Mit dem Training war ich leider ein wenig nachlässig. Ich habe glaube ich nur 5 oder 6 mal diese Saison trainiert und nicht jeden Tag. Ich gelobe Besserung.
Trainiert habe ich vor allem meine Lieblingsformation 4-2-3-1, um damit gut gegen 4-3-3 aufgestellt zu sein, was fast alle anderen spielen.
Ansonsten noch ein wenig Endurance bzw. Speed. Hier der Stand des Teams zum Ende der Saison.
Beim nächsten mal hebe ich die Veränderungen zur Vorsaison hervor.
Team development
Due to some injuries I had to sign a defender and a midfielder in addition. That brought me to 14 players in total.
With both of them I looked a little bit at the money, because I would already finish the season with more than 1.000.000 RBN in the minus.
With the training I was unfortunately a little careless. I think I only trained 5 or 6 times this season and not every day. I vow to improve.
I trained mainly my favorite formation 4-2-3-1, to be well positioned against 4-3-3, what almost all the others play.
Apart from that a little bit of Endurance and Speed. Here is the state of the team at the end of the season.
Next time I'll highlight the changes from the previous season.
Entwicklung des Stadions
Anfang der Saison habe ich das upgrade des Stadions, sowie des Hotels und der Parkflächen auf Level 8 beauftragt.
Diese Baumaßnahmen laufen noch. Das Stadion sollte in den ersten Tagen der Saison 72, Hotel und Parkflächen erst in Saison 74 abgeschlossen sein.
Ich habe auch begonnen das Office Building auszubauen, um bei den in Saison 72 anstehenden Vertragsverhandlungen besser aufgestellt zu sein. Am ende der Saison ist es aber noch auf Level 1.
Development of the stadium
At the beginning of the season, I commissioned the upgrade of the stadium, as well as the hotel and parking areas to level 8.
These construction works are still in progress. The stadium should be completed in the first days of season 72, and the hotel and parking areas not until season 74.
I have also started to upgrade the Office Building to be in a better position for the contract negotiations coming up in season 72. At the end of the season, however, it is still at level 1.
Fanentwicklung
Am Ende von Saison 70 hatte ich 23.749 Fans.
Am ende von Saison 71 hat sich dies auf 26.649 Fans erhöht. Ein Plus von 2.900 Fans.
Da ich in Liga 2 weniger Spiele gewinne als in Liga drei wird hier der Fanaufbau etwas langsamer vonstatten gehen. Dennoch schaffe ich es selbst auf dem niedrigen Tabellenplatz Fans zuzugewinnen.
Ich hoffe, dass ich das in den kommmenden Saisons wieder etwas beschleunigen kann.
Fan development
At the end of season 70 I had 23,749 fans.
At the end of season 71 this has increased to 26.649 fans. A plus of 2.900 fans.
Since I win less games in league 2 than in league three, the fan development will be a bit slower here. Nevertheless, I manage to gain fans even at the low table position.
I hope that I can accelerate this again in the coming seasons.
Finanzielles & Hive Reward
In dieser Saison habe ich erstmals Hive Rewards für Rabona erhalten. Diese lagen bei 0.117 Hive.
Umgerechnet zum derzeitigen Kurs sind das etwa 3.900.000 RBN.
Das ich diese Saison mit keinem einzigen 400 RBN Spieler und nur 24.000 Fans die Kosten nicht durch die Stadioneinnahmen decken würde, war klar.
Ich hatte gehofft diesen Verlust auf ca. 1.000.000 RBN zu begrenzen.
Meine Eintrittspreise konnte ich gegenüber der 3. Liga von 30 RBN auf 39 RBN anheben, und mein L7 Stadion mit 1.500 Plätzen nahezu komplett füllen.
Auch mein Sponsor bringt nun 400.000 RBN statt 100.000 RBN pro Saison.
Leider sind meine Ausgaben gerade für den Kader geradezu explodiert gegenüber Saison 70.
Während die Gehälter in Saison 70 noch bei 975.000 RBN lagen, betrugen sie in der letzten Saison über 2.800.000 RBN.
Insgesamt führte das am Ende der Saison zu einem Fehlbetrag von 1.500.000 RBN in der Kasse.
Dank der großzügigen Spende von @twinner kann ich das einige Saisons aushalten, ohne meine Hive-Rewards reinvestieren zu müssen. Mittelfristig will ich aber ein ausgeglichenes Budget liefern.
Financial & Hive Reward
This season was the first time I received Hive Rewards for Rabona. These were at 0.117 Hive.
Converted at the current rate, that's about 3,900,000 RBN.
It was clear that this season, with not a single 400 RBN player and only 24,000 fans, I would not cover the costs with stadium revenue.
I had hoped to limit this loss to about 1,000,000 RBN.
I was able to raise my ticket prices from RBN 30 to RBN 39 compared to the 3rd league, and fill my L7 stadium with 1,500 seats almost completely.
Also my sponsor now brings in RBN 400,000 instead of RBN 100,000 per season.
Unfortunately, my expenses just for the squad have just exploded compared to season 70.
While the salaries in season 70 were still at 975,000 RBN, they amounted to over 2,800,000 RBN last season.
Overall, this resulted in a shortfall of RBN 1,500,000 in the coffers at the end of the season.
Thanks to @twinner's generous donation, I can sustain that for a few seasons without having to reinvest my Hive Rewards. In the medium term, however, I want to deliver a balanced budget.
Pläne für Saison 72
Mein Ziel ist es nun mich in Liga 2 festzusetzen und Fans aufzubauen, um so meine Finanzkraft zu stärken.
Das Stadion werde ich mit Ausnahme des Office Buildings wohl vorerst nicht weiter ausbauen.
Diese Saison laufe zwei Verträge meiner Spieler aus. Einer davon mein bester Abwehrspieler. Diesen will ich auf jeden Fall verlängern.
Darüber hinaus schaue ich, ob ich auf dem Markt noch den ein oder anderen günstigen Spieler bekommen kann, da ich nicht unbedingt das beste Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis bei allen meinen Positionen gefunden habe.
Im Großen und Ganzen möchte ich aber meinen Kader weiterentwickeln und sehe keinen Bedarf für große Umstrukturierungen.
Mein Finanzdirektor hat mir mitgeteilt, dass ich den Auftrag habe, das große Loch in meinem Budget signifikant zu verkleinern.
Wir werden sehen ob mir dies gelingt....
Plans for season 72
My goal now is to establish myself in League 2 and build up fans to strengthen my financial power.
With the exception of the Office Building, I will probably not expand the stadium any further for the time being.
This season, two of my players' contracts expire. One of them is my best defender. I definitely want to extend that one.
In addition, I'll see if I can get one or two other cheap players on the market, since I haven't necessarily found the best price/performance ratio for all my positions.
On the whole, though, I want to develop my squad further and don't see the need for any major restructuring.
My finance director has told me that I have a mandate to significantly reduce the big hole in my budget.
We will see if I succeed in this....
