You said something very important "this means that this is the age at which you start to be held responsible for your actions", which is why I think that reducing it to 16 years old, the tendency is to have more responsibility and maturity.

I guess because of my country, 16 years still feels like someone really young and has more to learn before given the mantle of responsibilities. Thank you so much for stopping by, I really appreciate it.
