Hello fellow brewers, I come to introduce you to a different beer, the famous CARACU. A strong and delicious beer, black in color and coffee flavor. That's right friends, for coffee lovers this is the perfect beer. Its alcohol content is 5.4%, slightly higher than other conventional beers. Olá colegas cervejeiros, venho apresentar a vocês uma cerveja diferente, a famosa CARACU. Uma cerveja forte e deliciosa, de cor preta e sabor café. Isso mesmo amigos, para os amantes de café essa é a cerveja perfeita. Seu teor alcoólico é de 5,4%, um pouco superior ao de outras cervejas convencionais. “O mais legal é que com a cerveja na xícara, todo mundo acredita que você está tomando uma xícara de café”.
É uma cerveja encorpada e forte, produzida com malte torrado e sabor de café, uma verdadeira delícia. Uma marca brasileira, criada em 1899, que faz sucesso até hoje. É perfeito para acompanhar o seu almoço ou para acompanhar lanches. "Meu almoço foi acompanhado dessa maravilha"
As cervejas pretas possuem fábulas ou crenças que enlouquecem o imaginário cervejeiro nacional. No Brasil, a maioria das pessoas, principalmente as gerações mais velhas, acredita que as cervejas pretas ou escuras devem ser consumidas pelos doentes, pois servem como tônico. Grávidas ou lactantes devem beber esta cerveja para aumentar a produção de leite materno e, acredite ou não, as crianças devem beber esta cerveja para aumentar o apetite e o apetite.

Com o tempo, as pessoas entenderam que cor não define cerveja, mas no Brasil há uma predominância entre os cervejeiros de que existem apenas duas cervejas escuras: Malzbier e Caracu.
É um pensamento clássico e social dos cervejeiros nacionais, porém, cerveja é cerveja, algo que combina com momentos, então crie o seu e seja feliz.

I never thought that black beers would have such an interesting background there in Brazil. Especialmente, é interessante que tem café na sua composição, eu gosto muito de café, tomo um pouco todas as manhãs sem falta, provavelmente eu tomaria essa cerveja sempre também haha
