That sounds like a pricey purchase and I don't think it's that optimistic from what I see. Discretionary spending is dropping so I am not bullish about their venues being sold out.

I like it as a very long term hold. The market will cycle, but people will never stop seeking out parties/venues/travel and I think the potential to scale will be there
