Hello Splinterlands friends, here it is one more week the post dedicated to the Wizards Battle Secrets in which we analyze and give the best tips on how to use each of the battle conditions. This time it's the turn to talk about Armored Up.

*Armored Up is a condition that gives us +2 points of armor to all our creatures. This is extremely useful when facing melee or ranged attack cards.

HOW TO GET ADVANTAGE
There are several ways to take advantage of this condition, I will list some of them:

• Using creatures with Protect will give us even more shield to protect ourselves with.
• Using the summoner Grandmaster Rathe and his ability Voip Armor is great to neutralize creatures with magic attack.
• It is always convenient to use cards with the ability Repair to repair the shield of our creatures.

También es cierto que podemos anular esta condición de una forma sencilla usando estos consejos:

• Usa alguna criatura con la habilidad Rust que hace reducir el escudo en todas las cartas del enemigo.
• Utiliza a algún invocador que tenga la habilidad de reducir el escudo como puede ser Wizard of Eastwood.

And it's time to put into practice everything I have learned before in a combat. To begin with I will use the Splinter Earth as I intend to play with some magic attack cards so that the shield does not affect it.

Round 1

The first turn passes without much action. It's a back and forth of hits from both my opponent's and my own creatures. You can see how the strategy of reinforcing the shield with Arkemis the Bear is going to work well.

El primer turno transcurre sin demasiada acción. Es una ida y venida de golpes tanto de las criaturas de mi rival como de las mías. Se puede observar como la estrategia de reforzar el escudo con Arkemis the Bear va a dar buen resultado.

Round 2

I'm getting lucky with the random hits I'm making that are weakening key enemy creatures. At the moment several of them are one hit away from being eliminated.

Estoy teniendo suerte con los golpes aleatorios que estoy haciendo y que están debilitando a criaturas clave del enemigo. De momento varias de ellas están a un solo golpe de ser eliminadas.

Round 3

I start destroying enemy creatures this turn. The first to be eliminated are Silent Sha-vi and Supply Runner.

Empiezo a destruir criaturas del enemigo en este turno. Las primeras en ser eliminadas son Silent Sha-vi y Supply Runner.

Round 4

This turn I still don't lose any creature and I am able to eliminate Riftwing. The combat is turning in my favor.

Round 5

In the fifth turn I destroy Cursed Windeku and now the enemy has nothing to do against my combat strategy. I still don't lose any of my creatures and everything is decided.

En el quinto turno destruyo a Cursed Windeku y ahora sí el enemigo nada tiene que hacer contra mi estrategia de combate. Sigo sin perder ninguna de mis criaturas y ya está todo decidido.

Round 6

And finally on the sixth turn I managed to destroy the only creature that my enemy Disintegrator had.

Y ya por fin en el sexto turno consigo destruir a la única criatura que tenía mi enemigo Disintegrator.

My opinion

There are many ways to use the Armored Up battle condition to our advantage. The most important thing is to think about the Splinters we can use and what other conditions there are in the battle so that we can put into play the cards that best suit these conditions.

Existen muchas formas de usar la condición de batalla Armored Up a nuestro favor. Lo más importante es pensar en los Splinter que podemos usar y que condiciones más hay en la batalla para poder poner en juego las cartas que mejor se adapten a estas condiciones.

This combat has been a small example of how we have been reinforced from the beginning using magic so that the shield was not affected by the enemy shield, and how giving extra shield, our creatures have been able to endure throughout the battle without suffering much damage.
