Espero estén muy bien y que estén pasando un buen fin de semana, el día de hoy me gustaría compartir con ustedes mi colección musical de mi cantante favorita Taylor Swift, cuya música es muy importante para mí porque me he sentido bastante identificada. Espero sea de su agrado.
Taylor Swift
It's Taylor's debut album released in 2006 through Big Machine Records. It is an album with very beautiful songs, I really like the design of the album, the color palette and the photographs. With this album I met Taylor but the version I was able to order is this one with bonus tracks released in 2009. I have many favorite songs like "Teardrops On My Guitar", "Our Song", "Tim McGraw", A Place In This World" and "Invisible".
Es el álbum debut de Taylor lanzado en 2006 a través de Big Machine Records. Es un álbum con canciones muy bonitas, me gusta mucho el diseño del disco, la paleta de colores y las fotografías. Con este álbum conocí a Taylor pero la versión que pude encargar es esta con bonus tracks lanzada en 2009. Tengo muchas canciones favoritas como "Teardrops On My Guitar", "Our Song", "Tim McGraw", A Place In This World" e "Invisible".
The Taylor Swift Holiday Collection
It's Taylor's first Christmas-themed EP released in 2007 through Big Machine Records. It's one of the most difficult for me to get in 2009 when I started my Taylor collection since I had to go through several Target stores. It's a very nice EP since I like the touch that she gives to each song and also those of her authorship, the design of the album is also very nice and the photographs are from the video clip of "Teardrops On My Guitar".
Es el primer EP de Taylor lanzado en 2007 a través de Big Machine Records cuya temática es la Navidad. Es uno de los que más me costó conseguir en el 2009 cuando comencé mi colección de Taylor ya que tuve que recorrer varias tiendas Target. Es un EP muy bonito ya que me gusta el toque que le da a cada canción y también las de su autoría, el diseño del álbum también es muy bonito y las fotografías son del videoclip de "Teardrops On My Guitar".
Beautiful Eyes
It's the second EP by Taylor Swift released in 2008 by Big Machine Records through Walmart. Although it has few songs, it also has a DVD with videos, it has a very nice overall design, I really like the photographs and also the unreleased song "I Heart?" I hope Taylor includes the unreleased songs from this EP on her re-recordings as Vault songs.
Es el segundo EP de Taylor Swift lanzado en 2008 por Big Machine Records a través de Walmart. Aunque tiene pocas canciones tabién cuenta con un DVD con videos, tiene un diseño en general muy bonito, me gustan mucho las fotografías y también la canción inédita "I Heart?" Espero Taylor incluya las canciones inéditas de este EP en sus regrabaciones como Vault songs.
Fearless
It's Taylor's second studio album released in 2008 through Big Machine Records, which is one of my favorites, I really like the overall design of the album and the photographs, in my opinion it is one of the best albums of his entire career and my collection of this one in particular It is varied since I was able to get apart from the standard US edition, the target edition with DVD, the platinum edition which also includes a DVD but different, the international edition and a bluray allusive to the Journey To Fearless promotional tour. I like almost all the songs but my favorites are "Love Story" and "You Belong With Me". I hope to get a vinyl edition next year.
Es el segundo álbum de estudio de Taylor lanzado en 2008 a través de Big Machine Records, el cual es uno de mis favoritos, me gusta mucho el diseño en general del disco y las fotografías, en mi opinión es uno de los mejores álbumes de toda su carrera y mi colección de este en especial es variada ya que pude conseguir aparte de la edición estándar de USA, la edición target con DVD, la edición platino el cual también incluye DVD pero diferente, la edición internacional y un bluray alusivo al tour promocional Journey To Fearless. Me gustan casi todas las canciones pero mis favoritas son "Love Story" y "You Belong With Me". Espero conseguir una edición en vinilo el próximo año.
Speak Now
It's Taylor's third studio album, released in 2010 through Big Machine Records, in my opinion it's one of Taylor's most beautifully designed albums as I love her cover (the purple dress US edition has lyrics in 3D just like the USA edition of target with a white background that also has a 3D silhouette). All songs on this album are entirely written by Taylor. I really like the photos on the CD, especially the one on the back cover, and my favorite songs are "Mine", "Back To December", "Mean", "The Story Of Us" and "Ours". Of this album I was able to get a simple edition at Amazon, a deluxe edition at Sanborns MX, a Speak Now World Tour edition at a store near my house and a Target edition with a white background, both CD + DVD.
Es el tercer álbum de estudio de Taylor, lanzado en 2010 a través de Big Machine Records, en mi opinión es uno de los discos con el diseño más hermoso de Taylor ya que me encanta su portada (la edición de USA de vestido morado tiene letras en 3D al igual que la edición USA de target con fondo blanco que también tiene silueta 3D). Todas las canciones de este álbum son enteramente escritas por Taylor. Me gustan mucho las fotografías del CD en especial la de la contraportada, y mis canciones favoritas son "Mine", "Back To December", "Mean", "The Story Of Us" y "Ours". De este álbum pude conseguir una edición sencilla en Amazon, una deluxe en Sanborns MX, una edición de Speak Now World Tour en una tienda cerca de mi casa y una edición de Target con fondo blanco, ambos CD + DVD.
RED
It's Taylor's fourth album which was released in 2012 through Big Machine Records, it's another of my favorites and the one with which I identify the most. I love the overall design of the CD, especially the cover, and the photos are very pretty. My favorite songs are "All Too Well", "RED" and "22". I got standard and deluxe editions of this album however I hope to buy a digipak version from starbucks next year.
Es el cuarto álbum de Taylor el cual fué lanzado en el 2012 a través de Big Machine Records, es otro de mis favoritos y con el que más me identifico. Me encanta el diseño en general del CD en especial de la portada, y las fotografías son muy bonitas. Mis canciones favoritas son "All Too Well", "RED" y "22". De este disco conseguí ediciones estándar y deluxe sin embargo, espero comprar una versión digipak de starbucks el próximo año.

It's Taylor's fifth album released in 2014 through Big Machine Records. In my opinion it is one of Taylor's best albums, I really like the polaroid-themed design and the color palette used, as well as the cardboard packaging of the album, which includes an envelope with polaroids. My favorite songs are "Shake It Off", "Blank Space" and "This Love". I got a standard edition of this album at Walmart and a deluxe at Target. Polaroids are really beautiful.
Es el quinto álbum de Taylor lanzado en 2014 a través de Big Machine Records. En mi opinión es uno de los mejores álbumes de Taylor, me gusta mucho el diseño con temática de polaroids y la paleta de colores utilizada, así como el empaque de cartón del disco, el cual incluye un sobre con polaroids. Mis canciones favoritas son "Shake It Off", "Blank Space" y "This Love". De este disco conseguí una edición estándar en Walmart y una deluxe en Target. Las polaroids son realmente hermosas.
Reputation
It's Taylor's sixth album released in 2017 through Big Machine Records. I must say that this album came out when I needed it the most and I also identify a lot with several songs. Taylor's image for this album is intimidating but very pretty and the photoshoot is gorgeous. My favorite songs of hers are "Look What You Made Me Do", "Dress", "End Game" and "Ready For It". I got a deluxe edition of this album from Target which is a magazine that contains the album in a digipak format, and this week I got a standard edition which comes with a protective cardboard box and a medium poster.
Es el sexto álbum de Taylor lanzado en 2017 a través de Big Machine Records. Debo decir que este álbum salió cuando más lo necesitaba y también me identifico mucho con varias canciones. La imagen de Taylor para este disco es intimidante pero muy bonita y el photoshoot es precioso. Mis canciones favoritas son "Look What You Made Me Do", "Dress", "End Game" y "Ready For It". De este disco conseguí una edición deluxe de Target la cual es una revista que contiene el disco con un empaque en formato digipak, y esta semana me llegó una edición estándar la cual viene con una caja protectora de cartón y un afiche mediano.
Lover
It's Taylor's seventh album, released in 2019 through Republic Records, after Taylor left Big Machine Records. When the release of this album was near, it was revealed that Taylor lost the rights to the masters of her six previous albums when they were sold by the owner of Big Machine Records, so she decided that later she would re-record them again to recover them. . This album is really beautiful, with a very nice design and color palette, also the songs are beautiful. What I like most about this album is that it shows the most romantic side of her thanks to her relationship with her current boyfriend. My favorite songs are "Lover", "ME!" and "Cornelia Street". So far I have been able to get a standard edition and a deluxe edition of this album which includes a journal, exclusive from Target, but I am waiting for a vinyl and another of the jpurnals to arrive from the USA because there are four in total.
Es el séptimo álbum de Taylor, lanzado en el 2019 a través de Republic Records, luego de que Taylor abandonara Big Machine Records. Cuando estaba cerca el lanzamiento de este álbum se dió a conocer que Taylor perdió los derechos de los masters de sus seis álbumes anteriores al ser vendidos por el propietario de Big Machine Records, por lo que ella decidió que más adelante los regrabaría de nuevo para recuperarlos. Este álbum es realmente hermoso, con un diseño y paleta de colores muy bonita, también las canciones son hermosas. Lo que más me gusta de este disco es que muestra su lado más romántico gracias a su relación con su actual novio. Mis canciones favoritas son "Lover", "ME!" y "Cornelia Street". De este disco hasta el momento he podido conseguido una edición estándar y una deluxe el cual incluye un diario, exclusivo de Target pero estoy esperando que me llegue de USA un vinilo y otro de los diarios ya que son cuatro en total.
It's Taylor's eighth album and of all of them it's the one I liked the most. It was released in 2020 through Republic Records. I would say that it helped me a lot to cope with the covid quarantine, which was still recent. It was announced by surprise through their website hours before its release, and at first 7 different editions were sold for a limited time of which I was able to buy 2 along with a standard version along with a single from "Cardigan" which is the first promotional, however I hope to buy the other versions little by little. I like all the songs on the CD but I would say my favorite is "Betty".
Es el octavo álbum de Taylor y de todos es el que más me ha gustado. Fué lanzado en el 2020 a través de Republic Records. Diría que me ayudó mucho a sobrellevar la cuarentena por el covid la cual todavía estaba reciente. Fué anunciado por sorpresa a través de su página web horas antes de su lanzamiento, y al principio se vendieron 7 ediciones diferentes por tiempo limitado de los cuales pude comprar 2 junto a una versión estandar junto a un single de "Cardigan" el cual es el primer promocional, sin embargo espero ir comprando las demás versiones poco a poco. Me gustan todas las canciones del CD pero mi favorita diría que es "Betty".
Evermore
It's Taylor's ninth album also released in 2020 through Republic Records. It is cataloged as the "sister album of folklore" and was also announced hours before its release but this time in a single presentation. It is another one that I like the most, especially the general design of the disc which follows the line of Folklore, only this time the photographs are in color. I also liked all the songs but my favorite is "Willow". From this album I was able to buy a CD and a vinyl at Target which is a special edition of target with 2 red discs, which is really spectacular.
Es el noveno álbum de Taylor también lanzado en 2020 a través de Republic Records. Es catalogado como el "álbum hermano de folklore" y también fué anunciado horas antes de su lanzamiento pero esta vez en una sola presentación. Es otro de los que más me gustan, en especial el diseño en general del disco el cual sigue la línea de Folklore solo que esta vez las fotografías son a color. También me gustaron todas las canciones pero mi favorita es "Willow". De este álbum pude comprarme en Target un CD y un vinilo el cual es una edición especial de target con 2 discos rojos, el cual es realmente espectacular.
Fearless (Taylor's Version")
It's Taylor's first re-recorded album, which was released in 2021 through Republic Records. I've been looking forward to this edition as she not only re-recorded all the songs from the platinum edition of the previous fearless, she also added several new tracks which were previously dropped and are now "From The Vault" versions. The overall layout of the disc is beautiful which contains photos from the Journey To Fearless tour mixed in with a few recent photos. Of this album at the moment I have an exclusive version of Target and an edition signed by Taylor, but I hope to be able to acquire the vinyl soon.
Es el primer álbum regrabado de Taylor, el cual fué lanzado en 2021 a través de Republic Records. Esta edición la estuve esperando con ansias ya que no solamente regrabó todas las canciones de la edición platino del fearless anterior, también agregó varias pistas nuevas las cuales fueron descartadas anteriormente y ahora son versiones "From The Vault". El diseño en general del disco es hermoso el cual contiene fotografías del tour Journey To Fearless mezcladas con pocas fotografías recientes. De este álbum por el momento tengo una versión exclusiva de Target y una edición autografíada por Taylor, pero espero pronto poder adquirir el vinilo.
RED (Taylor's Version)
It is the second re-recorded album from Taylor, which was also released in 2021 via Republic Records coincidentally exactly one year ago today. I was looking forward to this edition more eagerly than Fearless since, as I said before, it is the album with which I identify the most. The cover is really beautiful as well as the entire design of the album, and like Fearless this one also included songs "From The Vault" and the one I was waiting for the most is "All Too Well 10 Minutes Version" since in itself the other This version is one of the ones that most identifies me from the 2012 album. I was lucky enough to buy an explicit double CD and a vinyl from this album through Taylor's website, which is really beautiful since it comes with 4 discs. It is the last re-recording that Taylor has released to date.
Es el segundo álbum regrabado de Taylor, el cual también fué lanzado en 2021 a través de Republic Records casualmente hoy hace exactamente un año. Esta edición la estuve esperando con más ansias que Fearless ya que como dije antes es el álbum con que más me identifico. La portada es realmente hermosa al igual que todo el diseño del disco, y al igual que Fearless este también incluyó canciones "From The Vault" y la que más estuve esperando es "All Too Well 10 Minutes Version" ya que de por sí la otra versión es una de las que más me identifica del disco de 2012. De este álbum tuve la suerte de comprar a través de la página de Taylor un CD explícito doble y un vinilo el cual es realmente hermoso ya que trae 4 discos. Es la útlima regrabación que Taylor ha lanzado hasta la fecha.
Midnights
Midnights is Taylor's tenth album which was released in October of this year through Republic Records. It is a really beautiful album with catchy songs and an interesting theme since when collecting the 4 editions it forms a clock whose mechanism is sold separately and is really beautiful and original, each disc is diagrammed differently since this time the tracklist comes on the front cover and back cover is each part of the watch with a different photograph. I also liked all the songs on this album but my favorites are "Anti-Hero" and "Hits Different". I am very happy because yesterday I received 3 editions which I will show you below, and I am anxiously awaiting the other 2 editions which will arrive next week along with my Lover vinyl. When I have them complete, I promise to unbox all the editions and the clock.
Midnights es el décimo álbum de Taylor el cual fué lanzado en Octubre de este año a través de Republic Records. Es un álbum realmente hermoso con canciones pegadizas y una temática interesante ya que al coleccionar las 4 ediciones forma un reloj cuyo mecanismo venden por separado y es realmente hermoso y original, cada disco está diagramado de manera distinta ya que esta vez el tracklist viene en la portada y la contraportada es cada parte del reloj con una fotografía diferente. De este disco también me gustaron todas las canciones pero mis preferidas son "Anti-Hero" y "Hits Different". Estoy muy feliz porque ayer me llegaron 3 ediciones las cuales les mostraré a continuación, y espero ansiosa las otras 2 ediciones las cuales me llegarán espero la próxima semana junto a mi vinilo de Lover. Cuando los tenga completos, prometo hacer un unboxing de todas las ediciones y del reloj.
Well, as you can see, my collection is growing, however, I would still like to buy other items, especially the vinyls that I am missing since I have seen them on the internet and they seem really beautiful. Taylor and her music have always been very present in my life for more than 15 years and she will always be (along with Britney Spears) very important to me. I celebrate every achievement that she achieves as she really knows how to get great results in the music industry. I consider her one of the most important singers in the industry and I hope she can keep giving us new music for a long time to come.
Bueno, como pueden ver mi colección va creciendo, sin embargo todavía me gustaría comprar otros artículos en especial los vinilos que me faltan ya que los he visto en internet y me parecen realmente hermosos. Taylor y su música siempre han estado muy presentes en mi vida desde hace más de 15 años y siempre va a ser (junto a Britney Spears) muy importante para mí. Celebro cada logro que ella obtiene ya que realmente sabe como obtener grandes resultados en la industria musical. La considero una de las cantantes más importantes de la industria y espero pueda seguir dándonos música nueva por un largo tiempo más.
