Kelly had been feeling really vexed all afternoon, she had been scrubbing and wringing her new top that she newly bought as it had a dirty collar after wearing it for the first time.

It is a very nice piece of shirt that she had gotten but now it had such a stubborn stain that cannot be removed. She tried many methods, even soaking it in boiling water, the stain just do not come out.

Her mum came to visit her in the afternoon and Kelly shared her problem with her. With a quick walk to the kitchen, Kelly's mother made a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and some dishwashing liquid and handed the mixture to Kelly.

"Try this," Kelly's mother said.

After a quick rub, the stain really came off. Kelly was so delighted and thanked her mum.

Looks like the older generation do have some trick up their sleeve to solve any collar issues.
