It’s always a delight to know our family is doing well. As you said some people don’t even have family. We really should count ourselves blessed as we get to hear from our family from time to time.

True. Some people do not have a life while some that have one are taking it as a trivial part of life.
I've learned to be grateful for the things I have. My family is one of those.
