Giving Hive Unfeigned Love

One needs unfeigned love to promote Hive. Unfeigned love is a sincere love that is expressed through work. This simply means that promoting hive requires unfeigned love- you are not carrying out the projects because of your gain, you are doing it for the love you have toward it.
You are not doing it for doing sake but you are doing it with your heart, soul and body. You make sure you are doing it to perfection.
It is unfeigned love because you don’t expect any reward from anyone.

There were times I was engrossed with Hive, and I took hive to my friends in the community. About 4 of my friends joined that particular time but suddenly stopped posting because it wasn't the way they wanted it. They were eager to make money, and when I told them they could make money from it, that was how they joined the hive.
After they posted for days, weeks, and months, they were tired because it wasn’t MMM where they could make quick money.

The following project can be done in the community to onboard people around me:

Borehole Project
Hive Ghana was the first time I saw a borehole project and I knew it onboarded many people into Hive. making such a project with Hive banner on it will go a long way to promote the project.

Hangout Meeting
Young people in my environment love to hangout, you don’t need to sponsor them for it; the only thing is to organize the hangout. During Easter, we organized a community hangout and more than 1,000 people showed up. When I got there, a politician in my community made use of the opportunity to campaign for the next coming chairmanship election.
Such an opportunity is a good avenue to promote Hive in my community. 95% of young men and women of 17 years and above have android phones. Educating them on how to make use of their phones to make money will bring hundreds of people to hive. This is because they understood that making money online is real.

Organize lectures
It is very important to let me know how Hive operates…. Teaching them about plagiarism, the rules in every community, and how to start is very crucial.
We all know that Hive only supports original content, and posting another person’s work results in severe punishment.
We should let them know that Hive is not a money-making machine (MMM), and hive is slow and steady. I didn’t tell my friends when they joined; if I had told them, they wouldn’t have quit. One of them called me last month, “I posted today on hive after 2 years” when I heard him, I began to laugh.
Let them know that consistency is very important when it comes to Hive: also, the importance of joining discord channels and Hive Power.

Make shirts with Hive logo and name
I have seen many projects with the Hive logo and name on them! This is a form of an advertisement which can also attract the attention of people. Several times people asked me questions about the T-shirt with Teach for Nigeria on it. When I replied, they were eager to join. I told them to check online for details about the organization. Therefore, making a shirt with hive logo and name is a good project to onboard new people.

Community event sponsorship
One of the best events they like is sport, age 7 – 38 love football more than any other events in my community. In the recent Id El Kabir, a man sponsored children of age 7-10 and put his name on the jersey he bought for all participants. The field was like a basal market because the old people came out to watch the match. People that don't know the man that sponsored the match knew him that day. His name went viral beyond our community. Neighbouring communities recognized the man. That was the first time I heard the name of the man.
Hence, this strategy will produce significant results in promoting Hive in my community.

One-on-one conversation
One-on-one conversation will also produce positive results. Tell the reasons to join and benefits they enjoy can result in onboarding many people.
