Its always nice to have a completely checked up bicycle that is running smoothy again.
You can do the cleaning and lubrication of the chain yourself if you want. It is quite easy to do and can save you money.
Check a post earlier this week about lubrication.

Thanks for the suggestion, I just read it, it's a very interesting post. I avoid lubricating it sometimes, because I walk on a lot of clay and sand roads, it gets terrible. I don't always have time to clean up when I arrive.
